I tried "Shojin Ryori" for the first time. I was amazed at how the ingredients stand out with each cooking method. Among them, the fig tempura was delicious. The crispy texture combined with the fig's juice was interesting. The view of the autumn leaves in the garden from the window was also lovely.

I went with my Muslim friends. It was cherry blossom season, so the dishes were decorated with cherry blossoms, which looked cute. We had a course of Shojin cuisine, which was light and included many sweet dishes.
