A hand-served chicken wing restaurant near Nijo Station. I've been there about 10 times. I went there after a long time, but I felt that the staff were less energetic than before. Maybe it was just a coincidence. I ordered the specialty chicken wings in "white" (plain), "red" (spicy), "yellow" (curry), and "black" (pepper) flavors, three of each. The sweet and spicy sauce and juicy chicken wings go great with highball! The seafood yukhoe, Gyonhachi salad, and hokke are all delicious too. There are tatami rooms in the back, so it seems like a good place for company parties. It's lively, so it's easy to bring children along. Not highly recommended for couples on a first date because it's too lively. I would definitely go back when I crave chicken wings again. Thank you for the meal.

At a drinking party with friends... Although the main dish is deep-fried chicken wings, there is a variety of seafood and other options available. The selection of Japanese sake, whiskey, and shochu was quite impressive. The deep-fried chicken wings had a range of flavors, so we were able to enjoy them without getting tired of it. I made a reservation because the chicken wings were famous, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the sashimi platter was. The cost performance and speed of service were also good, so I definitely want to use this place again. The variety of drinks was also great, so I didn't get tired of it.

I deliberately wrote about natto omelette, but various chicken wings, fish from Chuo Market, braised pork, tempura rapeseed flowers, all were reasonably priced and delicious. The drinks were also excellent. In addition to highballs and shochu highballs, there is a good selection of famous Japanese sake and shochu like Shirakiku. It's really fantastic.

I think the taste and atmosphere of the food were good, above average. It's nice to have a lack of izakaya-style restaurants around Nijo Station, but it's a bit disappointing that the sashimi slices are too thick, making them a bit fishy due to the poor balance with soy sauce. The potato salad is delicious, but it's watery, which is a bit disappointing.

Before going to eat yakiniku, we decided to have a quick 0th round at an izakaya right in front of Nijo Station. It was so cold that day, so we decided to take a taxi to the yakiniku restaurant from the station. That means we can drink until the last minute, right? (laughs) - Highball: The reliable Kakuhai. I tried drinking a medicine that supposedly prevents getting drunk, but (laughs). - Seared mackerel: It was around 280 yen, so we decided to order it. - Chicken wings: Four types of freshly fried hot wings!!! We ordered four types for the two of us, and we each ate our favorites. Surprisingly, the curry flavor was delicious. The chicken wing tempura is highly recommended, all three types are delicious! The highball with plenty of solid ingredients goes down smoothly. It's great that you can add a plain highball for an additional 300 yen. It's a good restaurant located near the station.
