Recently, the town is bustling with Chinese restaurants. It's all about enjoying casually. Every town has a Chinese restaurant. It may seem obvious, but that's what Chinese food is all about. Small, independent restaurants that are affordable, quick, and delicious. In places like Hong Kong, this is the norm. Even in Japan, it was common in the Showa era. It used to be seen everywhere in town. The problem now is that chain restaurants have become too prevalent. The Kofuku Restaurant in Osaka is a famous spot known for its congee and dim sum. They also have roast chicken, spare ribs, and more, making it more than just a typical town Chinese restaurant. It's not quite a high-end Chinese restaurant either. It strikes a good balance and has become quite popular. With its reputation, it has finally opened a branch in the underground shopping area of Kyoto Station. As I walked through this Porta, I noticed a restaurant name that was different from the usual. "Koji in Chinese" - an exotic scent wafted through the air. But looking at the menu, I was impressed by the great value. I imagined there must be a lot of dedication behind this, but in my opinion, it's affordable dim sum. And nowadays, you can enjoy it starting from just 300 yen. That's a great deal for such delicious dim sum. Here are some of the dishes they offer: Truffle Xiao Long Bao, Porcini Xiao Long Bao, Daikon Mochi, Steamed Dumplings, Seafood Spring Rolls, Matcha Sesame Dumplings, and Qingdao Beer.
