It was a hot day, so it was almost thawed, and the cream was in a fluffy state. I usually can't wait and eat it slightly frozen, but even when fully thawed, it was very delicious!! Compared to donuts from other tofu shops, I think it's a bit expensive.

Even though I've passed by this road many times, I never noticed this tofu shop before. It was like I was driving past without seeing it at all. But today, I decided to stop by for the first time and was surprised by the stylish cafe-like interior. The owner told me that they used to have a cafe on the second floor in the past. I thought it would be nice if they could revive it. I visited around 6 pm, so there was only a little left, and I ended up buying almost everything. It was kind of an impulse buy, haha. I got mostly coffee and matcha flavored treats, but my favorite was the matcha soy milk caramel donut. It was incredibly delicious. There seem to be many more varieties available, so I want to try them all.

The pudding doesn't have a strong soy milk smell, it has a refined soy milk flavor. Even for those who aren't big fans of soy milk, this could be enjoyable. As expected from a tofu shop. It's a shame there's no parking, but I will definitely go back.

The main store of the shop seems to produce tofu, and they make donuts using 60% Tokachi tofu, which is said to be very healthy. I purchased plain, sugar, cinnamon, and black sesame flavors, each costing a total of ¥483. The next day, I followed the instructions for enjoying them - heating them in a toaster for 1.5 minutes and then letting them sit for 1 minute. When I opened the lid, I noticed that only the black sesame donut was cracked and misaligned vertically. This initially lowered my excitement, but when I tried it, I found it quite delicious, with a chewy texture inside. Personally, I prefer sweet donuts, so I found the sugar flavor to be the most delicious. It's nice to know that they are healthy too.
