I had a warm Beni Haruka sweet potato with vanilla ice cream topping! I got the ice cream for free by following them on Instagram ( ´∀｀) I didn't know sweet potatoes could be so creamy!! It was like a cream, so smooth! The skin was easy to peel off, making it easy to eat! There were some nuts or flakes sprinkled on top as a bonus, but I didn't really need them. haha The combination of ice cream and sweet potato was delicious! I actually wanted another ice cream. haha The creamy sweet potato was so tasty! I think it would be delicious even without toppings now!
