Thank you for the delicious meal today at the O-kui-zome ceremony. As always, your kaiseki cuisine is wonderful. The grilled fish for my grandchild was also delicious. The warm hospitality from the staff was impressive. We have always relied on your service for events. Looking forward to continuing our relationship in the future.

I had some business in Kameoka and had lunch at Restaurant Shin'ai Kameoka branch. I ordered their specialty miso tonkatsu with shiso and negi. The miso tonkatsu cost 1600 yen. The tonkatsu was topped with negi and shiso. The miso tonkatsu had thin slices of pork with a Kyoto miso flavor in between, and inside there was a mix of negi and shiso which added a nice twist. The negi was fine, but the shiso was extremely hot and I burned my lower lip when it came out while chewing. Despite that, the taste was delicious with the sweet Kyoto miso flavor and lemon adding a nice acidity. The salad was average, but the red miso soup was tasty. For 1600 yen, I wished the salad could be replaced with cabbage and maybe an additional dish. Overall, it was a good meal. The restaurant was busy with locals coming in for meals or takeout, showing its popularity despite the somewhat high price.

Visited for lunch on the first day of my trip to Kameoka. The restaurant has a nostalgic family restaurant atmosphere with a wide variety of dishes. They offer delicious fruit sandwiches and a great selection of takeout items. I enjoyed my meal at a window-side table, and the staff provided excellent service. The miso katsu, a local specialty, was different from the miso katsu in Nagoya but still interesting. The illustrations on the menu cover were cute, although they didn't quite match the era and menu (haha). Thank you for the meal! I would love to visit again when I'm in the Kameoka area!

I went out for lunch with a friend because Rainbou was closed, so we went to Shinai. We had udon and tonkatsu, and we were satisfied with the usual taste. It cost around 1,800 yen per person, but we were satisfied!

I visited for lunch. It was almost full before 12 o'clock on Saturday. I ordered the recommended Mix Lunch for 1350 yen. To start with my impressions, I made a wrong choice with the menu. The fries seemed like a mix of frozen ones. The salmon fry was too salty to eat. The turnip soup had a simple taste, like grated turnip with added water. I couldn't finish it. The specialty seemed to be tonkatsu, as my husband ordered a set of Tekka-don and udon for a little over 1000 yen, with an additional half of tonkatsu. I tried a piece out of the 4 pieces, but it was a bit different from the tonkatsu I've had before. It had chopped green onions and white miso sandwiched between the breading and meat. I grew up with red miso, so the novelty was more noticeable than the taste. I regret not ordering something like tempura. It felt like an old-fashioned restaurant, probably popular with locals. I was able to use the GOTO EAT campaign.

During a business trip, I was taken to a restaurant for lunch. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and I couldn't resist having a beer in the middle of the day. The pork cutlet using white miso was shockingly tasty, I wanted to buy some to take home. The rolled omelette and sashimi were outstanding as well. I will definitely visit again when I go to Kyoto! Thank you for the meal!

I tried soba noodles No.46 *\(^o^)/* It was delicious! It's been a while since I visited Hokkaido, flying from Kansai Airport. To avoid leaving home on the same day and feeling rushed, I decided to stay overnight in Kameoka. I left home around noon and reached Kameoka. I had dinner with friends near Kansai Airport at 5 pm. So, I had an early lunch. I found a restaurant along Route 9 that caught my attention. It had a nostalgic drive-in feel to it. The menu was diverse, and they even had old-fashioned desserts like parfaits. They also offered take-out bento boxes and delicious fruit sandwiches at the entrance. I'd love to try them sometime on my way back. For lunch, I recommend the white miso tonkatsu set, but you can also order just the soba noodles on the side. I saw a review where someone changed their miso soup to soba noodles, so I decided to do the same. The white miso tonkatsu was surprisingly sweet, unlike the red miso from Nagoya that I was expecting. It had a nice aroma though. I paired it with soba noodles and chose the dipping sauce. It reminded me of the taste of old-fashioned diners. It didn't quite match the tonkatsu, but the soba noodles were great on their own. This soba restaurant is definitely worth a visit! Families were also dining there, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff greeted me with a cheerful "welcome" and provided efficient service, reminiscent of traditional waitresses. I would love to visit this restaurant again.

The recommended dish at this restaurant is "miso katsu", and they also serve steak made with local beef! The place seemed a bit intimidating at first, but since it was recommended by a local friend, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the service lunch and the miso katsu set meal. The taste was homey and good. I would like to visit again when I am in the area. Thank you for the meal.

Visited around 12:50 on January 14th (Monday) Today, my mother and I came here to eat the famous miso tonkatsu. You can choose from regular, green onion, or shiso flavors. I recommend the shiso flavor! Also, they used to have a dish called "karaage soba" that I used to eat often, but it seems like they don't have it anymore. I wanted to try it again, so I changed the soba to red miso soup and also ordered a side of karaage. This time, my mother treated me, and I also used the 500 yen discount coupon I received last time, so I will refrain from giving a score. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

The unique miso-flavored pork cutlet with green onions at this restaurant is irresistible. With sunken kotatsu tables, it is a child-friendly place where you can enjoy your meal slowly. The fruit sandwiches at the entrance are also recommended.

Visited around 12:00 on December 9th (Sunday) for a memorial service. I will refrain from rating the experience this time. Both the food and service were wonderful, needless to say. They had a dish called miso tonkatsu, which was incredibly delicious and one of my favorite items on the menu. I will definitely come back to eat it again!

I went to eat miso katsu at a restaurant I have been fond of since living in Kameoka. The miso katsu is incredibly delicious and it is one of my favorite places to eat! Despite the heavy rain, I drove there eagerly! I ordered the set with miso katsu and grilled beef intestines! I asked to change the rice to mini udon, of course, with a large serving (laughs). The size of the bowl made my heart dance! And then, I discovered something called natto miso katsu! I ordered it without hesitation! It might be difficult for those who dislike natto, but for natto lovers, it was irresistibly delicious! The staff were all very friendly!

Our family visited a restaurant called "Rainbo" after cheering on our daughter at a track and field competition. The restaurant is a branch of the same chain we visited before, known for its generous portions and delicious food. We had the following dishes:
- Myself: Beef tendon grill set (with extra rice, miso soup changed to mini udon) - ¥1,550
- Wife: Yawaragi set - ¥1,440
- Daughter: Combo shrimp hamburger set (extra rice) - ¥1,780
We all tried a bit of each other's dishes and found them all to be quite tasty and well-prepared. The portions were huge, and the extra rice was free. One of the highlights was the excellent customer service. The staff were all smiling and lively, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Despite their exceptional service, there were no pamphlets or booklets promoting any specific beliefs or religions. It seems they simply have thorough employee training. Apologies for briefly suspecting otherwise.

It is a traditional Japanese restaurant that has been around since childhood. The specialty is the miso tonkatsu set meal! The tender and gentle taste makes you feel like "Ah, I'm back in Kameoka." We often use it for company parties, and there is a banquet hall on the second floor. You can easily accommodate about 50 people. For banquets, the hot pot is recommended, but the duck hot pot is also delicious! There are options for all-you-can-drink and microbus pick-up service! If you go for a set meal, the price will be a bit higher, but the satisfaction is sufficient. I recommend the miso tonkatsu set meal with shiso. They use beauty pork from Tanba Kogen. There are also a variety of set meals with sashimi and meat. They also offer catering for ceremonies and celebrations. Amazingly, they can deliver from 4 people, so many households in the city use it. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service, so you won't feel uncomfortable. It is a restaurant that conducts thorough employee training.
