I visited a Western-style restaurant called "Vancouver" located in the industrial park in Ichinoya, Fukuchiyama. Even though I was in Fukuchiyama, it felt like I was visiting Canada! Vancouver has a log house-like structure, with tables and chairs made of processed wood inside. The atmosphere at Vancouver was really nice. During this visit, I had the tonkatsu set meal. Vancouver offers plenty of vegetables, salad, and a generous portion of rice, so you can leave feeling full. The taste was not particularly outstanding, but it was a very much appreciated restaurant as there are few food options nearby.

Today, I knew this place existed but couldn't visit until now. It's my first time at this Vancouver restaurant, and the exterior looks like a log house. Inside, it has a calm, American-chic vibe. When you enter, you'll see the menu for today's daily special set meals. Today's options are tonkatsu set meal and pork ginger set meal, and it's nice to have a choice between two daily specials. They bring you a wet towel and water, and I ordered the pork ginger set meal with extra rice. After a short wait, the meal arrived. The pork ginger dish was full of vegetables, with spaghetti, fried chicken, salad, miso soup, and a generous portion of rice. It may be hard to tell from the photo, but the portion size is like a bowl. The pork was well-seasoned, the vegetables were crunchy, and the fried chicken was hot and crispy. The rice was a bit dry, but for the amount of food you get, the price of 600 yen is a great deal. I'd like to come back and try more dishes at this restaurant. Thank you for the meal today!

I visited this restaurant for lunch on a regular day. There is a parking lot in front of the building, which looks like a mountain hut. The inside of the restaurant is quite spacious and relaxing. The daily special lunch options on this day were hamburg steak and grilled meat. I chose the grilled meat set for 700 yen including tax. It came with a lot of grilled meat, side dishes, and plenty of rice. The portion was so generous that even without ordering the large size, it felt like a large portion. The taste was decently delicious, but if I had more time, I would have liked to have some coffee after the meal. I ended up leaving half of the rice as I was already full. Thank you for the meal! I have been passing by this road in front of the restaurant for a while now, but I never knew there was such a nice little place here. There is no sign outside, just a stylish house that makes you wonder if it's actually a restaurant. The interior is very calming and cozy, especially the private counter seats that seem perfect for relaxing. This time, I chose to sit at a table where I could see the whole restaurant. I ordered the "Daily Lunch Special" which was the "Pork Cutlet" for 600 yen. The pork cutlet was not very big but it was juicy, tender, and delicious. Surprisingly, the daikon radish that came with it was amazing! I also loved the miso soup with lots of vegetables, it was a perfect match. I am grateful for being introduced to such a nice restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

■2014/04/25■Before heading to our business partner in Fukuchiyama City, we had breakfast here. The place has a log house-like exterior and interior, creating a nice atmosphere. The parking lot is convenient and easy to park facing the street. The inside of the shop is spacious and relaxing! There is a hidden room in the back that is like a secret chamber! The bookshelf turned around and the owner disappeared (laughs). It seems to be run by an elderly owner. It's nice when you have time to spare, but can be a bit slow when you're in a rush (-_-;). *Morning set with hot coffee *Jam toast and boiled egg■Impression■The coffee was easy to drink with little bitterness and no acidity. It was a nice café with a good atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

On February 24th, I found this restaurant for the first time. This type of cafe is not found in Fukuchiyama except for here. If I had to say, it's similar to the Momen Club. First of all, the size and spaciousness are noteworthy. It seems to be about twice the size of the Momen Club. The Canadian lodge-style exterior and interior. The number of seats is plentiful, similar to a small family restaurant. It seems that the owner has a wide range of hobbies, as the interior is decorated with various large and small props, ranging from Canadian-themed items to woodworking art. Up to this point, this was the impression on my first visit during a weekday morning. It was a truly quiet and relaxing space. If you have a book you want to read, you can leisurely read it in this atmosphere. However, on my second visit during lunchtime on a Sunday, as the number of customers increased, only the shortcomings of this restaurant began to stand out. As shown in the photos, the curry plate is chipped. The miso soup bowl is peeling. Despite it being Sunday afternoon, the majority of customers were in tracksuits or work clothes (this may be only for that day), and there was no sense of elegance in the restaurant. The atmosphere changed to one where enka music would seem appropriate. However, within the Sunday scenery, I also found the good points of this restaurant. 1. Ample parking capacity 2. Diversity in table sizes that can accommodate small to large groups I thought these two points could be convenient depending on the purpose.
