Hello ^_^ This review is from around the end of last year. This restaurant is close to my home, and I always end up getting drunk and posting reviews, so I apologize for that. The chef here is from a famous traditional Japanese restaurant, and the menu ranges from horse sashimi to hot pot, ramen, and more. I visited on a night at the end of the year and sat at the counter, chatting with the chef while ordering mainly soup dishes. Some of my recommendations after visiting a few times are horse sashimi, beef tendon curry udon, and fried rice. They also have draft beer, Calpis sour, hot pot, boiled dumplings, and chicken broth ramen for 3340 yen. There are always various daily specials as well, true to the chef's background. Every time I go, I try different dishes. The chicken broth ramen at the end was delicious, with a rich soup topped with fatty chashu. I look forward to visiting again when the pandemic is over. Thank you as always, it was a feast.

We stopped by because it was close to where we stayed for a family trip. We were able to eat delicious food at a reasonable price.

I occasionally go there, and it seems to be because of the master's personality that the conversation is lively and the regular customers always fill the place. The interior of the restaurant is nice, with a counter and traditional hearth-style booths. There are a variety of dishes on the menu and the billing is clear. You can drink with peace of mind and enjoy local sake. It's a neighborhood-friendly restaurant where you can easily go alone or with family, and local residents also frequent the place. It's located in front of Kitakawaramachi bus stop, so I often stop by on my way home before catching the bus. It seems to be popular with female customers as well, as I see many of them sitting at the counter recently. There are plenty of menu options for when you're hungry.

Located along the Monja-dori street, right in the middle between Hankyu Kamikyo Station and Matsuo Station, this restaurant is easily recognizable at night with its dimly lit atmosphere and shining red lanterns. Upon entering, you will find a beautifully renovated interior with a counter seating area for about eight people and tatami seating on the left side. The menu is extensive, offering delicious sashimi, grilled meat, and various other dishes. The owner seems to have studied at a traditional Japanese restaurant in the past, as each dish shows careful attention to detail. The counter also features a large display case similar to a sushi restaurant, showcasing their commitment to quality. With a wide selection of drinks available, this is a great place to enjoy good food and drinks in a casual setting.
