This is a traditional Japanese-style building located along Route 162 in the Shuzan district. Upon entering, you'll be surprised to find stunning ikebana arrangements throughout the entire store, making it feel like you're outdoors. The store is filled with seasonal flowers. I wish I had asked for permission to take photos inside the store. The photo shows kettle-cooked udon, which I believe was priced at 700 yen, but I was too distracted by the ikebana to remember clearly. I also noticed that the floor seemed slightly slanted, perhaps due to the age of the building. There is a spacious parking lot available along the national highway.

As mentioned in other comments, the interior of the restaurant is filled with flowers, including trees, blooming regardless of the season. The location of the shop is near Hiraoka Hachimangu Shrine on Route 162. In Kaohsiung, most shops are a bit pricey for the taste, so it's a good place to stop by for a drive that doubles as a forest bath.
