Overall, the balance is good. Especially the char siu is delicious and irresistible for char siu lovers. Located 4-5 minutes walk from Tamachi Station and 3-4 minutes walk from Mita Station. I visited Mita Yattoko on a Saturday at 7:40 pm for the first time. The counter-only restaurant has a total of 9 seats, with one customer already there and 2 groups of 2 coming in later. The staff creates a unique atmosphere. I ordered the Nikuniku Enma Miso Ramen for 1080 yen with extra noodles for 100 yen (with garlic, normal spiciness, normal numbness), totaling 1180 yen. The ramen arrived in about 6 minutes. The soup, with a slight thickness, starts off rich and gradually becomes mellow and delicious. The balance of flavors changes throughout, with occasional hints of sesame, walnut, and sansho pepper. The char siu, while not melt-in-your-mouth tender, has a satisfying chewiness and a delicious flavor that intensifies with each bite. The thickness of the meat may seem modest compared to initial impressions, but it still offers a substantial and enjoyable eating experience. I felt a bit sad as I finished my meal, wanting more. Next time, I plan to try the extra-large portion for 200 yen. Upon leaving, I found myself lingering to savor the soup, reluctant to depart. As of September 2023, the restaurant has a rating of 3.51 on Tabelog. On a subsequent visit, I ordered the same ramen with extra noodles and toppings, resulting in a hefty bill. The topping of thick char siu surprised me, as I had expected only one piece for 250 yen, but received two for the same price. The generous portions left me feeling extremely full, almost to the point of mental shutdown. The additional toppings of char siu and bean sprouts, each ordered separately, added to the satisfying meal. Note: Ordered toppings include bean sprouts and char siu, each for one portion. The large noodle portion was just right, exceeding the special size. As of September 2023, the restaurant maintains a rating of 3.51 on Tabelog.
