From Fukuchiyama Station, head west at the Kitaguchi intersection. After a while, turn left into a narrow road south of "San Plaza Manju" to find the restaurant on your left. There is parking space for about 4-5 cars in front of the shop. Inside, there is a raised area with a large table for 6-8 people on the right as soon as you enter, and a counter with 8 seats further back. On the left, there are raised tables for 4 people lined up. I ordered the recommended "Hana Slightly Platter Lunch" for 960 yen (excluding tax). By adding 200 yen (excluding tax), I got 2 extra pieces of sushi. The food arrived in less than 15 minutes. The platter included sushi, tempura, sashimi, simmered dishes, and firefly squid, along with a small side dish. In addition to egg sushi, there was also rolled omelet, which was interesting. The dishes were neatly arranged and visually appealing, especially to women. The simmered vegetables and fish were lukewarm with a light flavor. The tempura included shrimp, eggplant, and shiso, served with a light tempura dipping sauce. The sushi came in sets of 3, with 2 extra pieces making it 5 in total. The side dish was a mix of mozuku seaweed, radish, and cucumber, perfect for a break between bites. There was also a decent amount of sashimi. After the meal, coffee was served, allowing for a leisurely post-meal time. Overall, the meal was reasonably priced at 1,036 yen including tax. Additional options included 540 yen for 5 extra pieces of sushi, soba, and udon. If the platter was served on individual plates, it could easily be priced higher as a set meal. The chef seemed to be the only one cooking, resulting in the food getting cold. According to my colleague, the restaurant offers good value for dinner as well. However, due to the distance, it may be challenging to visit at night. I would like to visit again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for the meal.
