Visited the restaurant with my colleagues for lunch. We have been here multiple times before. It's a popular place, so we arrived a bit before 12 o'clock but it was already full. We had to wait for about 10 minutes to get a table. The lunch prices had gone up from 1200 to 1400 yen, which was a bit disappointing. You can choose two favorite items from the menu. On this day, I ordered sashimi and simmered pork. The taste was definitely great. The place is always crowded and not the kind of place where you can relax after eating, so that's something to keep in mind!

I visited this restaurant for lunch on a regular day. It is located near Miyamasaka Slope. The restaurant is underground, but there is a relatively easy-to-spot sign, so it shouldn't be difficult to find. The place was quite crowded during lunchtime. There were many staff members, and they were working systematically, so the turnover was fast and efficient. At least during lunchtime, it may not be suitable for a leisurely meal and conversation. There are around 40 seats, mostly tables with some counter seats available. The lunch menu was extensive, with the option to choose two items to create a combination. I chose a set with red snapper and amberjack sashimi, along with grilled fish. It was priced at 1400 yen. The dishes arrived relatively quickly, and the sashimi was surprisingly delicious. The quality of the fish dishes was good, making it a worthy choice for a fish lover. Overall, I had a satisfying experience and would like to try their dinner menu next time.

This is a Shibuya-style Japanese lunch spot located beyond Miyamasaka Slope. I visited during lunchtime on a weekday. It seems to be quite popular as there were many office workers from nearby lining up. The deliciousness of the food made it clear why people were willing to wait. I want to discover more restaurants like this! I will definitely go back!

Shibuya Station is a bit of a walk, but I have regular business in Minami-Aoyama, so I pass by this restaurant, Uoriki Yoshinari, on the way. I decided to visit today after reading various reviews saying that their lunch is delicious and a good deal. It was just lunchtime, so there was a bit of a line... but everyone didn't stay long, so I was seated after about a 10-minute wait. For today's Yoshinari lunch, I chose the #2 option which included bachi maguro and madai sashimi, hirame, and eggplant tempura. It also came with miso soup and two small side dishes. Hmm, it was delicious of course, and seemed good for the body too. However, the sashimi was quite meager, and the hirame and eggplant tempura... for me, the flavor was a bit too strong ^^; It seemed like it would make me thirsty with its soy sauce flavor. I wish it had a bit more of a dashi taste. The staff at the restaurant were very nice, so I was a bit disappointed. Many people were eating grilled fish, so maybe that's where the goodness lies. Overall, I think it's a great restaurant for people living alone, but for me, the dishes were similar to what I usually cook at home, so I wasn't that impressed ^^; It might have been my own mistake in choosing m(_ _)m Thank you for the meal~✨

Whenever I go, the food is consistently delicious. Especially the sashimi is fantastic. The tuna head dish that occasionally comes out is amazing. It's not easy to find something like that. Of course, they have a great selection of sake. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is lively and it feels like a typical adult izakaya. I end up going there once a month... Unfortunately, I couldn't find any good photos. I always get too caught up in enjoying the food and drinks to take pictures.

There are various seasonal ingredients available. The quality of the sashimi platter was very good. The tempura bamboo shoots were crispy, soft, and very delicious. They were not canned, so you could taste the fresh bamboo shoots' flavor and sweetness. The deep-fried white shrimp from Toyama was also sweet and delicious, being a seasonal item. In addition to these, we also had Tochio's deep-fried tofu, salted spring cabbage, and sweet potato tempura. Although the prices for each dish were a bit high, enjoying delicious food and drinks did not make the overall cost too expensive. Thank you for the meal!

I come here for lunch every week and I never get tired of it. You can choose two dishes from a variety of options including sashimi, grilled fish, and meat, so you can enjoy a different combination each time. The quality of each dish is high, which is why this place is so popular. My recent favorite is the combo of grilled fish and gratin croquette...so delicious. The fish options like salted mackerel, hokke, and salmon belly are all tasty. Although this is a fish restaurant, the non-fish dishes are also delicious. I always have a hard time choosing between dishes like oil-drizzled chicken and braised pork, because they are all so good. The rice is also delicious, so I think they must use good quality rice. If they offered free refills or larger portions of rice, it would be even better! The price is a flat rate of 1,300 yen for any dish, cash only! I will definitely come back again!

Meeting with former colleagues and drinking buddies from three companies after a long time. We were looking for a place in Shibuya where everyone could easily get to. There weren't many options in the past, but now there are several good restaurants. We decided to make a reservation at Yoshinari. It's located one street up from Miyamasuzaka, so it's a bit difficult to find if you don't know about it. The place seemed popular as it was almost fully booked by 8 pm. We started by looking at the menu while enjoying the appetizer. We always order fresh oysters whenever we see them. We were aiming for raw tilefish, but unfortunately they didn't have it that day, so we went with the sashimi platter. It had flounder, sea bream, white shrimp, tuna, scallop, and surprisingly whale. We asked for the ponzu sauce to be divided among us. We took a break with salad and ginkgo nuts. We also had small skin and pickled ginger rolls as snacks. For the second round, we went for grilled dishes. The creamy taste of grilled shirako was indescribable. We would have preferred to have fugu shirako if possible. We also tried dashimaki tamago. We spotted kue sashimi on the menu and quickly ordered it since we had overlooked it. It felt like the first time this season. We ended the meal with seared mentaiko. We started with beer but quickly switched to sake. We didn't stay for too long, as we had work and more drinking plans the next day. We noticed the decorative boxes of Ishidaya and Jinsaemon, but we didn't ask about them as they weren't on the menu and we assumed they wouldn't be served. It was unusual for this group to leave quietly.

I felt like eating Japanese food in Shibuya and visited this restaurant for the first time. It was recommended to me as delicious. The lunch set was 1200 yen, and you could choose between a seafood bowl and a set meal. For the set meal, you could choose 2 side dishes from the following menu: sashimi (one type), assorted sashimi, grilled fish (mackerel, salt-grilled mackerel, mirin-grilled mackerel, salmon with miso paste, salt-grilled salmon), avocado and seafood salad, fried chicken, simmered pork, crab cream croquette, homemade minced cutlet, etc. The side dishes were accompanied by pickled vegetables, miso soup, rice, and potato salad. The salt-grilled mackerel I ordered was delicious with a rich flavor. The simmered pork was a bit tough. It was nice to be able to customize the set meal to my liking from a variety of side dishes, and the cost performance was good at 1200 yen!

I heard the minced cutlet is also popular here. Oh, is the rice portion small? Maybe I should have asked for a large portion. Was the rice portion always this small? Well, never mind. The sashimi was delicious! The amount of sashimi looks small because the plate is large. But you will be satisfied. The pork belly was also delicious. It was tender and flavorful. Having cabbage as a side dish is nice! The simmered egg is always a good choice. Hmm, I'm satisfied. I thought the rice portion was small, but it was enough. It had been a while since I last visited Yoshinari-san for a business partner celebration dinner! We chose the chef's special course. The meal started with a delicious asparagus and crab appetizer, followed by fresh flounder sashimi with a great texture. The assorted sashimi platter was also excellent with good freshness. The firefly squid tempura was outstanding, and the grilled saury was delicious. The simmered alfonsino was superb, and the clam rice porridge was the perfect ending. We enjoyed some top-notch Japanese sake as well. Despite the mediocre service, it is still a great restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Lunch with neighbors. Seafood bowl B includes bachi, negitoro, sea bream, konoshiro, sea bream kombu, and snow crab, all for 1,200 yen. The set also comes with salmon belly salt and pepper grill and tuna with sea bream. It's nice that they offer so much, but I would prefer better quality over quantity.

Located up Miyamasuzaka and one street back from Aoyama Street, you'll find the izakaya "Uoryori Yoshinari Main Store." Their lunch menu is rich in seafood dishes, with options like seafood bowls and a fantastic set meal where you can choose 2 items from a selection of 16 types of sashimi and 15 types of side dishes. The variety is truly surprising. I chose Bigeye Tuna and Red Seabream for the sashimi, and Fried Chicken for the side dish this time. The set meal arrived in 5-6 minutes and included sashimi, side dishes, miso soup, pickles, and a small dish. The sashimi consisted of 3 pieces each of Bigeye Tuna and Red Seabream. It may look a bit plain, but it's acceptable. The Fried Chicken had that izakaya-style taste and paired well with the plentiful tartar sauce, making for a satisfying meal. I didn't ask for a rice refill, so I'm not sure if it's available. Lunch sets like this are quite rare in Shibuya, making this place a valuable find.

I went for lunch around 1:00 on a regular day. There were 5 women and 2 men who entered the restaurant before me, so I thought I might have to wait a bit. However, the restaurant was spacious and I was seated right away. The lunch menu was very extensive, with options like sashimi (for an additional 360 yen), side dishes, and grilled fish. You could choose 2 items for 1200 yen. The side dishes included dishes like fried chicken and simmered fish, which could easily pass as main dishes on their own. I chose simmered fish and crab gratin croquette. The simmered fish had a slightly sweet flavor and was well-seasoned. The green onions and komatsuna on top paired well with it. The gratin croquette was surprisingly large and very crispy! Even though it's a fish store, the fried food was also very delicious. It might have been tastier than the simmered fish (whispers). The side pickles, white rice, and miso soup were all delicious as well. It was a high-quality and filling lunch, albeit a bit pricey at 1200 yen. With a wide variety of menu options and the crowded restaurant, I understand why it's popular. Next time, I want to treat myself to some sashimi. Thank you for the meal.
