However, they only sell things that are good for the body, so they seem to have a lot of fans. The shop is called green gacha, a macrobiotic store that uses only plant-based ingredients. It's quite small, and if two people enter, it's already full (laughs). They have cookies, scones, donuts, bread, bagels... not in large quantities, but they have a variety of items in different genres. It's not cheap, but you can feel that it's good for your body. The red bean paste is leaking~ (*^▽^*) The dough is chewy. Really, really chewy~ The red bean paste is... it's not as sweet as a regular red bean bun, but wow, red beans have this kind of sweetness! I was a little moved~ (*0∀0*`) And something even more surprising. When I got home and looked at the bag, there was a freebie inside! It was a bagel rusk. It was crispy and delicious♪('ε° 人)*.+ Is this the rusk from the hijiki bagel? It had a hint of the sea and was coated with something like almond caramel, and it was delicious. Around 1:30 PM on Saturday, there were no other customers in the store. I bought a variety of high-quality items such as bagels, donuts, and hard bread with nuts. The bagels I purchased were plain and chocolate-filled, both of which were delicious and satisfying, especially the vegan chocolate-filled one. The donuts were light and not greasy, with a gentle sweetness. The hard bread was also excellent, with a rich and fulfilling taste that deepened with each bite. The store was well-maintained and had a cute and clean atmosphere, making it a great example of a vegan bakery. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't have any cakes, but I understand that there may be reasons for that. Overall, I would have given it a 5-star rating if they had cakes available!
