I used it for a celebration of Shichi-Go-San. I was able to enjoy a delicious meal in a private room. The fish was very fresh and the sashimi was especially delicious. The vinegar-marinated oysters were a bit small, which was disappointing! The tempura was made with fish scales, which looked unusual at first, but had a good texture and was deliciously crispy. Each dish was elegant, but by the time I finished everything, I was full. I couldn't drink alcohol because I was driving, so I enjoyed a non-alcoholic beer slowly. It would have been even better if there was a coffee or tea service with dessert. The infection prevention measures were perfect, and the restroom was very clean. It is highly recommended for celebrations or special occasions.

Yugetsu 0773-44-0818 Ayabe City, Kyoto Prefecture, Nanahyakugokucho Yuris 16-1. Originally a villa, this building has been operating as a reservation-only dining establishment for about 12 years. The property is vast with a main house and a separate building. The main house serves kaiseki cuisine, while the separate building offers hot pot dishes and summer BBQ. When you take off your shoes and are seated at the table, you are greeted with a picturesque view. Enchanting! Plus, today we have the place all to ourselves. The lunch kaiseki meal is 4100 yen (tax included), filled with seasonal seafood, mountain delicacies, and of course, the view. After the meal, they even have a foot bath prepared, adding to the luxurious experience. The hospitality is top-notch, providing a pleasant time. I heard that this place will be featured on TV soon, so having it all to ourselves today was truly luxurious. And this garden... in spring it blooms with cherry blossoms, in summer it lights up with fireflies, in autumn it turns into a sea of red leaves, and in winter it gets covered in snow. No matter when you visit, you can enjoy the magnificent view in this garden restaurant.

We visited this restaurant as a family. The location is a bit hard to find, but it's like a hidden gem surrounded by nature, very calming. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was great, and the garden was lovely. The cuisine was a seasonal kaiseki meal, with each dish beautifully presented and delicious, showcasing the bounty of the sea and mountains. I heard that they also do a light-up event when it snows, creating a magical atmosphere. I would love to visit again during that time.

This is a completely reservation-only restaurant. I arrived early so I was able to relax in the foot bath inside the restaurant ☆☆ Not only is the food here amazing, but the garden is also wonderful. The surroundings are very quiet, so you can truly enjoy a meal in a natural setting. Before the meal, we took a stroll in the garden. Since the focus here is on the atmosphere, I recommend using it for special occasions ☆ Such as wedding anniversaries or family celebrations... It seems like it's also possible to have a second party. I would like to use it again for a special occasion.
