Uniholic I love sea urchin so much, I love it so much, I love sea urchin, I love it so much that I become heart-eyed. A luxurious sea urchin and salmon roe hot pot course with 5 dishes including dessert for ¥5,280. All sea urchin course for a luxurious lunch that made me happy. The interior of the restaurant is all about sea urchin, from the chandelier to the sea urchin wall partitions, washbasins, and interior decorations. We started with a toast with sparkling wine. The first dish was a rich sea urchin pudding with truffle aroma. It looked like a pudding in a jar, but when you peek inside, there's sea urchin on top. It was absolutely delicious. It had a luxurious truffle aroma without the overly sweet taste of desserts, making it perfect for adults. The sea urchin tasting of the day included Hokkaido's Hokushige sea urchin on the left and the Ezo Bafun sea urchin from the northern four islands on the right. Fresh and melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness, truly living up to being a sea urchin specialty store. The fresh vegetable sea urchin bagna cauda fondue was served in a pot with a fragrant sea urchin sauce that paired well with white wine, making it refreshing for a still hot lunchtime. The homemade roast beef with sea urchin was a combination of meaty roast beef and full-flavored sea urchin. Then came the highlight of the course, the luxurious sea urchin and salmon roe hot pot rice. When you open the lid of the pot, you see sea urchin and salmon roe, making you applaud in excitement. Afterwards, they mix it in the kitchen and serve it in a tea bowl with miso soup. The dessert of the day was sea urchin salted vanilla and Japanese pear sherbet. It was my first time trying a sea urchin dessert, and it was surprisingly delicious, especially the salted vanilla flavor. With the option of a ¥2,000 all-you-can-drink package, we were able to enjoy a leisurely time starting from the daytime. It was conveniently located near Roppongi Station.

"Luxurious Uni and Salmon Roe Clay Pot Rice Course" The main dish is a luxurious clay pot rice with uni and salmon roe! Enjoy uni in various ways from a uni and salmon roe comparison to homemade roast beef topped with uni, all the way to dessert for 5,280 yen (tax included). - Truffle-scented Uni Pudding: The truffle aroma is amazing, and the rich uni mousse is smooth and decadent. - Uni Comparison: A comparison of Hokkaido uni and Ezo Bafun uni, with the former being creamy and smooth, while the latter is more intense and flavorful. - Fresh Vegetable Uni Bagna Cauda: Colorful vegetables shine in uni-infused bagna cauda sauce. - Homemade Roast Beef with Uni: A luxurious combination of tender roast beef topped with uni and salmon roe. - Uni and Salmon Roe Clay Pot Rice: A visually stunning and delicious combination that leaves you in awe. Each grain of rice is infused with the flavor of uni. - Dessert: Salted Uni Vanilla and Passion Fruit Sorbet, a unique and delicious combination that works surprisingly well.

I visited this restaurant because many influencers were seen dining here as it was featured in Tokyo Calendar. It's conveniently located near Roppongi Station.
1. Truffle-scented rich sea urchin pudding
It's more of an adult dessert with the essence of sea urchin rather than being overly sweet. It has a sense of luxury but...
2. Today's selected sea urchin tasting
The freshness was good. It felt slightly expensive for Roppongi.
3. Fresh vegetable Uni Bagna Cauda Fondue
The aroma of the sea urchin sauce in the pot is amazing!
4. Addictive! Uni Butter Baguette
5. Homemade roast beef with sea urchin topping
The meatiness of the homemade roast beef combined with the sea urchin creates a full and rich flavor.
6. Today's dessert
Sea urchin salted vanilla and Japanese pear sherbet. This is my second time trying a sea urchin dessert! It has a mature taste... I personally wanted to eat more sea urchin.

I went to a sea urchin specialty restaurant on the 11th floor of a mixed-use building about a 2-minute walk from Roppongi Station. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was modern and had a sophisticated dining bar feel, which I liked. I decided to go for the sea urchin and salmon roe hot pot course for 5280 yen. The sea urchin amuse-bouche was delicious, with a rich and creamy flavor. The sea urchin tasting included two types: Hokkaido horse dung sea urchin and Hokkaido purple sea urchin. The comparison between the two was interesting, with the purple sea urchin standing out for its sweetness. The sea urchin and salmon roe rice hot pot was smooth and sweet, with a perfect harmony between the flavors. The roast beef with sea urchin was tender and paired well with the sea urchin. The dessert was sea urchin salted vanilla ice cream and pear sorbet, both of which were delicious. The restaurant was bustling and lively, and despite the busy staff, I had a great time.

I went to UNIHOLIC during the long weekend with my friends because we wanted to eat seafood. The restaurant was full of sea urchin dishes, and I never thought I would eat so much sea urchin. It was my first time realizing that sea urchin tastes different depending on the type. I preferred the Hokkaido sea urchin over the Chilean one because it was sweeter and had less of a distinctive taste. The sea urchin tempura wasn't that good, to be honest. By the way, the sea urchin they serve is mostly Murasaki sea urchin, so maybe that's why it's a bit watery compared to Bafun sea urchin. The best dish was the sea urchin rice in a hot pot for the finale. I was so happy eating such rich sea urchin rice. Now, I'll do my best at work again! #uniholic #Roppongi #girlsnight

My wife and I went shopping and watched a movie in Roppongi on Sunday. It feels like we haven't been out on a weekend in a long time. We managed to avoid the typhoon and enjoyed the sunny weather, which was both good and bad as it made us sweaty. After the movie, it was getting late and we decided to look for dinner. My wife said she wanted to eat sea urchin, so we went to "UNIHOLIC" here. It was located on the 11th floor of a beautiful building, just a 5-minute walk from Roppongi Station. The interior of the restaurant was a stylish space that combined a bar and a bistro. Sea urchin was the highlight, and the descriptions of sea urchin on the menu were quite interesting. The restaurant's specialties were the "Uni Level" rating and the "Extra Uni" option. Each item displayed a level indicating how much sea urchin flavor you could expect, and for 550 yen, you could customize it to your liking with extra sea urchin. Here's what we ordered:
- Appetizer: Sea urchin and octopus in vinegar. I had never had sea urchin and vinegar together before. Surprisingly, they went well together, and the octopus did a great job.
- Truffle-scented rich sea urchin pudding for 660 yen. We started with the aroma. The truffle scent was quite strong. It was served in a shot glass size, and I finished it in almost one bite.
- Sea urchin tasting set for 2640 yen. It included sea urchin from Chile, Hokkaido Bafun sea urchin, and Hokkaido Murasaki sea urchin. Sorry if the server's voice was too quiet and if I got it wrong. The Chilean one had a slightly bitter taste towards the end, quite robust. The Hokkaido Bafun and Murasaki sea urchins were very delicious, reminding me of the taste I had at a sushi restaurant before.
- Sea urchin tempura for 1980 yen. Sea urchin tempura sprinkled with seaweed and shiso leaves. This one wasn't that tasty. It was not cost-effective and was a disappointment.
- UNI PIZZA for 2200 yen. Crispy crust topped with sea urchin, chili peppers, and olives. This was quite delicious. It was a luxurious dish with a lot of sea urchin on top.
- Sea urchin and salmon roe with luxurious hot pot rice for 2640 yen (per person). I wasn't expecting much after the previous dishes, but it was surprisingly good. It had a generous amount of sea urchin and salmon roe, served in a perfect hot pot. If I had to nitpick, I would have liked a bit more rice. The taste was perfect. I would recommend it to those who love sea urchin and Western cuisine. Be careful not to expect sushi-grade sea urchin or dishes from high-end restaurants, as you might be disappointed. However, the deliciousness of the hot pot at the end won me over. It was delicious!

My husband and I watched a movie and then visited this restaurant for dinner. He made a reservation for me because I love sea urchin. The restaurant in Roppongi was very stylish. We ordered the following: "Truffle-scented rich sea urchin pudding", "Today's selected sea urchin trio tasting", "Sea urchin tempura", "UNI PIZZA", "Luxurious sea urchin and salmon roe clay pot rice". We also received a complimentary appetizer of "Sea urchin and octopus vinegar dish". The menu had a fun feature where it indicated the sea urchin level of each dish, which was easy to understand and amusing. You could add extra sea urchin for an additional fee, which was great for those who wanted more sea urchin. The sea urchin pudding had a nice combination of truffle flavor and sea urchin, it was delicious. I wanted more of it! The sea urchin trio tasting included sea urchin from Chile, Bafun sea urchin, and Murasaki sea urchin. The one from Chile had a bitter taste, while the Bafun and Murasaki sea urchin were very tasty! Personally, I preferred eating the sea urchin raw rather than in tempura or pizza. The sea urchin and salmon roe clay pot rice was undeniably delicious! I wanted more of it too! I wanted to order dessert for a palate cleanser, but the only option without sea urchin was sorbet, which was a bit disappointing. Well, it is a sea urchin restaurant after all! I would love to come back here when I crave sea urchin again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I ordered a course menu, but unfortunately there was no all-you-can-drink option. I used it for business and it cost around 40,000 yen for two people, so the cost performance is quite poor. However, the last dish of mixed rice with salmon roe and sea urchin was incredibly delicious. Also, you can sprinkle sansho pepper on the sea urchin, and this sansho pepper is really tasty.

Uni lovers will be in heaven. I love uni so much that I'm not even a cake person, so just this plate alone made me very satisfied! Uni changja, uni cheese fondue, fried potato uni taste, uni pasta - all of them were delicious, but it would be nice to have a few more menu options. The staff were also very friendly and the service was excellent.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I love sea urchin, so I was really looking forward to it. I tried the 8,800 yen course and the 2,200 yen all-you-can-drink fresh sea urchin tasting set to start. The fresh sea urchin was absolutely delicious and the bread was also very tasty. I kept drinking sparkling wine from the all-you-can-drink menu, which paired perfectly with the dishes. Every dish was delicious and I left feeling very satisfied and full. It was a great course meal.

A restaurant located right by Roppongi crossing with a menu filled with sea urchin dishes. The casual yet stylish interior offers great views by the window. I tried a mix of courses and a la carte dishes. My personal favorite was the sea urchin bagna cauda, dipping vegetables in it was delicious. Adding the leftover sauce on top of pizza was also tasty. The sea urchin pizza was crispy and delightful. There was a sea urchin tasting option, and the Iwate-produced Ezo Bafun sea urchin was the winner. Finally, the sea urchin cream pasta with sea urchin topping allowed me to fully enjoy the sea urchin!

I ordered the course menu. I was very satisfied with the uni sashimi tasting. The other dishes were a bit light on the uni flavor. Maybe I should have ordered extra uni? I wish they had brought some breadsticks with a dish like bagna cauda, instead of just plain bread. The restaurant was crowded with many foreigners. The night view was beautiful, making it seem like a great place for a girls' night out or a date!

I visited the restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. The first dish that came out was today's boxed sea urchin, made with purple sea urchin from Hokkaido. It was incredibly delicious! Every sea urchin dish was delicious! Personally, I liked the sea urchin and salmon roe hot pot rice the best. We chose a table seat thinking it would be more spacious, but the counter seats on both sides seemed more spacious. The staff seemed busy and sometimes didn't come to us right away, but overall, we were satisfied with the service.

We made a reservation for two on a Sunday afternoon and visited for the first time. The restaurant is located on the 11th floor of a building in Roppongi, very close to Roppongi Station. The interior is very stylish with a touch of sea urchin here and there. The large windows provide a good view. It was full when we visited, so reservations are recommended. The interior is stylish and clean, with sea urchin-themed lighting and wall paintings. There were couples and groups of women among the customers. We ordered the luxurious sea urchin and salmon roe hot pot rice course for 5280 yen. They source various sea urchins from around the world, with a focus on Hokkaido sea urchin, and only offer lunch on weekends and holidays. This course includes sea urchin in every dish. The special feeling of comparing Murasaki and Bafun sea urchins is irresistible. The vegetable-rich Bagna Cauda with sea urchin sauce is incredibly delicious. Even those who don't like sea urchin might enjoy it. The roast beef with plenty of sea urchin is beautiful! The sea urchin and salmon roe hot pot rice is generous and photogenic, especially with a sprinkle of sansho pepper. The sea urchin salt ice cream dessert was also very tasty. I would love to visit again.

A stylish space where you can enjoy various sea urchin dishes. I visited early in the evening, but I think the atmosphere is nice and cozy at night. There are many dishes that highlight the flavor of sea urchin rather than serving it raw. When you feel like eating sea urchin, this place might be a good choice. The photo is of sea urchin sauce roast beef.

I went for a reception. I brought a person in their 30s, but I felt a little awkward as the surrounding customers were mostly couples or women. The table seats were cramped. Even though I made a reservation over a week in advance, only a small table was prepared, and I felt that the service was lacking for the price. I won't go there again. As for the sea urchin, other than the fresh sea urchin, it felt like the taste was almost gone, and the goodness had disappeared.

I had a course meal filled with sea urchin. If you love sea urchin, then this sea urchin course is a must-try. I made a reservation and the restaurant was bustling. The most delicious dishes were the cold soup and the clay pot rice. The clay pot rice was mixed for us, and the combination of salmon roe was like a rich and creamy egg rice bowl. There was also a comparison of Bafun and Murasaki sea urchin, which was delicious. It felt a bit pricey, but that's expected when it comes to sea urchin. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I went to celebrate my birthday on Saturday evening. It was a bit confusing to find the place as it was on the upper floors of a building near the main street. I had made a reservation for 5:00 pm, so I was the first customer, but soon more and more people started coming in. I had heard it was a sea urchin restaurant, but I was amazed by the variety of sea urchin dishes and the different ways they were prepared. I had reserved a course menu, and the staff efficiently brought out each dish one after another. The service was great and left a good impression on me.
