The meat is thick and satisfying to eat. The chicken is firm and not the soft type, but it's really tasty. I also enjoyed changing up the flavors with tartar sauce and medium-thick sauce. The Chicken Nanban is a classic and delicious dish. The large piece of chicken is just perfect! The chicken has a good chew to it, and the slightly tangy tartar sauce is really tasty.
