Customers can customize their own original pasta by choosing from a variety of ingredients, pasta noodles, and sauces, all prepared quickly by the chef right in front of them. The regular pasta menu also includes dishes like "Truffle Cream Pasta" and "Lobster Pasta," each made with a unique and delicious sauce. The restaurant, which was converted from an old private house, offers a unique dining experience with a system for pre-ordering and payment at the entrance, a spacious second floor with a large table made of a single board, and a menu that includes dishes served promptly. The reviewer enjoyed dishes such as Matsuzaka pork pate with balsamic sauce, pumpkin soup, truffle risotto, and pasta with bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. The overall experience took about 100 minutes, and although the reviewer found the pacing a bit slow at first, they were satisfied with the quality of the food.
