Located in a peaceful area surrounded by rice fields near the back exit of Kintetsu Mukaijima Station in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto. On a weekday at lunchtime, the small parking lot in front of the restaurant was almost full. They grow vegetables in the adjacent field and seem to use carefully selected ingredients. They offer three set menus: A Pasta Set, B Salad Set, and C Set which includes pasta and dessert. I had the B Salad Lunch for 1100 yen. The basil dressing was flavorful, and I could adjust the amount to my liking. The salad included various vegetables, cheese, olives, and boiled eggs. The tomato flavor was rich, and all the vegetables were delicious. It was satisfying to fill up on vegetables. The chiffon cake with tea had a slightly grainy texture, but it was a delicious cake that melted in my mouth. The restaurant is located in a pleasant area with a refreshing breeze from the nearby rice fields. Next time I have business in the area, I would like to try their pasta lunch.

I visited for lunch. I ordered the pasta lunch and chose the spring cabbage peperoncino and five-color bean tomato cream pasta from various types of pasta. I shared them with my friend. The pasta was delicious, especially the spring cabbage peperoncino. But what was most delicious was the salad that came first, with a generous amount of vegetables, which made me, a vegetable lover, very satisfied. The dessert was yogurt chiffon cake with tea, and I was full after the meal.

The location is a bit hard to get to, but overall satisfied! I ordered the pasta set and the side salad was not really small, but a regular salad. The tomato sauce pasta was delicious with thin noodles. If they had a main dish with meat or fish, I would definitely consider revisiting!

Great value for a 1000 yen lunch! Plenty of vegetables to eat and very satisfying! The narrow road when driving there was a bit nerve-wracking haha. Thank you for the meal!!

I heard that you can have a delicious lunch with plenty of vegetables, so I invited my friends to Agri, a farm-style cafeteria. Next to the restaurant, there is a small farm where they use freshly picked seasonal vegetables for their lunch menu, which includes 3 options: A. Pasta Set for 1000 yen: Main pasta dish changes daily with options like tomato, cream, or basil sauce. It comes with a small salad, coffee or tea, and one dessert. B. Salad Set for 1000 yen: A salad with plenty of seasonal vegetables, served with soup, bread, coffee or tea, and one dessert. C. Pasta Plus Set for 1250 yen (includes A set plus soup and an additional dessert). I ordered the tomato sauce pasta, and my friend ordered the cream sauce pasta from the C. Pasta Plus Set. The salad was filled with fresh vegetables and the pasta was also packed with veggies. It was a lunch that vegetable lovers like us couldn't resist. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This is a restaurant located in a rice paddy field. I have known about it for over 10 years, but this was my first time visiting. Please take a close look at the photos. It was lunchtime, but the parking lot was full, so I sat at the counter by myself. I splurged on a pasta set with dessert. First, I had pumpkin soup, which was rich in pumpkin flavor but a bit bland. Then came a generous salad with slightly salty dressing, maybe store-bought. The pasta was thin noodles, possibly a single type of pasta. It was al dente and well coated in tomato sauce. I finished with chiffon cake and gelato with coffee. You can see a high school and a university through the rice paddies. It's peaceful and charming. I heard the chef trained in the Umbria region of Italy. The restaurant follows the concept of agriturismo, offering homemade farm produce. The name is derived from that. I revisited at night. You first choose from 6 pasta dishes or pizza. Drinks are beer or soft drinks, with house wine available in red or white. Antipasto is served, made from common ingredients. The ham is filled with kiwi and cream cheese. A larger salad and pumpkin soup than at lunch were served. When asked about the main course, I was told it was pasta or pizza. The pizza was over 30cm, crispy on the edges, and satisfying. The pasta was someone else's, maybe with spring vegetables. Lastly, cake and drinks were served. Since it was likely a family-run service with only three people, I couldn't get water, but that's understandable. The lunch set with cake costs 1300 yen, while the dinner set costs 2500 yen. The increased salad and antipasto add up to 1200 yen, so it's up to you. I recommend going for lunch.

Good. It's good, isn't it? I don't really understand why, but it's good. A restaurant in the middle of a rice field. The parking lot was full and I was surprised. It must be popular. It feels like a normal house somewhere. I was alone, so I sat at the counter on the left. The kitchen was fully visible. As soon as I entered the room, I saw steam from boiling pasta. My glasses fogged up a bit (laughs). There were tomatoes placed by the window. It felt a bit comforting. I ordered the C course with salad, bread, soup, pasta, drinks, and two desserts. The soup was a warm vichyssoise. It had a slightly rough texture from the potatoes. Not too sweet. The salad was quite generous. The acidity of the dressing was just right. The bread was a normal one with a crispy crust and a fluffy inside. I chose carbonara for the pasta. It was a bit soupy. And tea. It came in a pot! Maybe because I was alone? It's the first time I've been served tea in a pot outside of a tea shop. I'll take my time. The dessert was matcha ice cream and coffee chiffon roll. It was around 1300 yen. Not bad. The tea was a good deal, and it was not fancy or elaborate, just simply delicious. It's good.

I had always been curious about Agri, the farm-style restaurant, but never had the chance to visit. Using the Googie map, I found that the restaurant was located in the middle of rice fields and vegetable fields, accessible only by a narrow farm road. Despite making a reservation for 1:00, the parking lot was full when we arrived. Luckily, a spot opened up just as we arrived. The restaurant was bustling with customers, likely due to being featured on a local TV show or through word of mouth. The menu featured dishes made with homegrown vegetables, with many pasta options incorporating vegetables. I ordered the C lunch set for 1250 yen, which included salad, soup, bread, pasta of the day, and two desserts. The salad was simple but generous, served with warm baguette and butter. The pumpkin soup was rich in pumpkin flavor, with a rustic taste that I enjoyed. The salmon and asparagus cream pasta was tasty, although I would have preferred it slightly more al dente. The desserts included a fluffy chiffon cake made with egg whites and a marble-patterned chiffon cake with matcha ice cream. The restaurant had a charming country-style atmosphere, with a sunroom terrace for seating. It was a delightful and peaceful dining experience.

Near Kintetsu Mukojima Station, there is a restaurant quietly standing in the middle of a rice field, making you wonder if there is really a restaurant here. I always go there for dinner courses, and the quality of the food is always high. The vegetables used are carefully selected, bringing out their maximum flavor. The salad served at the beginning of the course allows you to fully enjoy the taste of the vegetables, making you realize how delicious vegetables can be. My favorite is the pizza! It offers a more authentic taste compared to other Italian restaurants. I always end up eating too much and by the end of the course, I am always full. But I don't want to leave any dessert uneaten because I am satisfied with every flavor. The staff at the restaurant seem to enjoy running the place, and that joy is reflected in the taste and atmosphere of the restaurant. It's a wonderful place.

I entered the restaurant as soon as it opened at 11:30. Since I was alone, I got a seat at the counter. There were about 6 counter seats, around 4 table seats, and maybe 2 terrace seats. The terrace seats looked nice, surrounded by rice fields. The parking lot could accommodate about 4 cars. By around 12 o'clock, two groups of female customers had arrived. The staff chatted with them, so they might be regular customers. I ordered the lunch set A for 1000 yen, which included appetizer, pasta (choose from 3 options), coffee or tea, and dessert. I chose pasta with creamy bean sauce, which was light and delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Overall, I was satisfied with the taste for the price of 1000 yen. The food was served quickly from start to finish. The staff's service was excellent. I will visit again next time to try the tomato-based pasta.

We visited this place for lunch on Saturday with my wife. We arrived almost at the same time as the opening at 11:30, so we were able to be seated right away. For lunch, there are three options on the menu. Pasta main lunch, soup and bread included, salad main lunch, and a lunch that includes soup, salad, and more. This time, we chose the pasta lunch (1000 yen). You can choose from tomato-based, cream-based, oil-based, Japanese-style, etc. My wife ordered the cream-based pasta with three-colored beans and smoked ham, while I ordered the oil-based pasta with watercress and bacon. It comes with salad, dessert, and a drink (coffee or tea). The salad that was brought out right after ordering was a generous size and very fresh and delicious. The pasta had thin noodles. The watercress and bacon pasta I had was seasoned just right, refreshing and tasty. The spiciness of the chili pepper added a nice kick to the flavor. The dessert was a moist chiffon cake. All of this for 1000 yen, including coffee. It was a lunch that made us want to come back for dinner.

This is a restaurant that has turned a normal house in the middle of a rice paddy on a remote island into a store, and it's always full so you need to make a reservation in advance. There is also a terrace, but it's hard to use unless the weather and temperature are pleasant. It's amazing how everyone knows this place. Maybe they are locals. The food is delicious and satisfying. You can choose one pasta dish from about three options, and it comes with dessert and a drink for 1000 yen. I think there was tomato sauce, white cream sauce, and arrabbiata. There is also a course that includes bread, soup, and salad. It seems to be run by a couple and they seem quite busy.

I used this restaurant for lunch for the first time. They use home-grown vegetables, and there aren't many other similar shops around, so it seems to be very popular. It might be good for women (especially older ladies or housewives) to have a leisurely lunch together. The surroundings are fields and rice paddies, and the road in front of the shop is a farm road. The shop is located on the first floor of a house, and the parking lot is in the open space on the shop's premises, usually for about three cars. You can enter the shop with your shoes on. When I entered the shop, it was already full of customers, so it was a good idea to make a reservation! There is only one child seat, so I'm glad I mentioned it when I made the reservation. I ordered the \1,000 lunch set which includes a small salad, soup, pasta of the day, bread, coffee or tea, and two desserts. It was okay tasty, but I'm not sure if it's worth waiting in line for.

The restaurant is located in the middle of a rice field. The road in front is also a farm road, so it is inconvenient to go without a car. The parking lot can accommodate about three cars, but it can be quite difficult to park large cars. The exterior of the restaurant is nice, with a small terrace. It stands out a bit being in the middle of a rice field. I had the 1000 yen lunch course. It included soup, salad, spaghetti, bread, coffee, and dessert, which I think is a reasonable price. They use their own homegrown vegetables (there is a field next door), so the salad was fresh and delicious. However, since the dishes are mainly made with homegrown vegetables, they are overall light in flavor. It suited me, but may not be suitable for those who prefer richer dishes. It's a good place for a casual lunch.
