Thank you for the delicious soba! It was great that we could choose between sweet and spicy soba broth, and the conger eel tempura was also delicious. The thick and rich soba-yu soup was also tasty and unique. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

This is a soba restaurant in Tsutsukawa. Tsutsukawa is a region in Ine Town nestled in the mountains. I've had their soba a few times before, and it's not easy to find a place that serves Tsutsukawa soba, so I was surprised to discover this restaurant. The place is new and clean. You can help yourself to tea and soba broth. I ordered the large serving of shrimp tempura soba with spicy broth. The noodles are thin and easy to slurp up. The broth is a bit on the rich side, but it goes well with the soba. The large serving is quite filling. I'll have to come back to try the sweet broth next time. I'll definitely be back!
