Cheers after a long time! - Uji City, Ogura-cho - On this night, after returning from golf, I went to a staminayaki restaurant called Kushidouraku, located right near Kintetsu Ogura Station, for the first time in two years. I called friends in Naka-Ogura who were heading to Kyoto from the golf course, woke up a friend who was sleeping, and caused a bit of a hassle before toasting! (laughs) We ordered a variety of dishes such as kushikatsu assortment, bean namul, spicy wiener, assorted sashimi, beef tongue teppanyaki, octopus tempura with Nanban sauce, octopus carpaccio, hormone teppanyaki, kalbi teppanyaki, potato fries, grilled eel, and squid tempura. In Kyoto city, alcohol cannot be served, but Uji City is fine until 8:30 PM, so we had a leisurely time drinking in Ogura with friends we hadn't seen in a long time. Kyoto, at the Kushiro restaurant near Kintetsu Ogura Station, for the first time in about 5 years ☆. I used to go there often in the past, but it has been quite a while since my last visit. I remember that the tuna sashimi was delicious back then, and I was pleased to find that it still tastes just as good. The tuna they source has a rich flavor and is delicious! Another favorite of mine is the ginseng tempura for energy boost. It really works wonders! The taste and aroma may vary depending on personal preference, but it makes a great side dish with alcohol, and it's good for colds and fatigue. The skewers, yakisoba, tempura, vinegar dishes, croquettes, and steamed pork were all delicious. I was happy to see that the yakisoba was served on top of an egg, making it less likely to burn. I appreciate these little touches and creative ideas. I would love to visit this nearby izakaya again. The food was delicious! Thank you for the meal ☆

This is a long-established izakaya in Kokura. When you pass by the front of the store, you will be captivated by the stamina-like smell emanating from the duct. I sat at the counter on the right side as soon as I entered, and looking at the glass case, most of the items were in good condition, which got me excited. I ordered two draft beers (¥490 each, total ¥980), tuna red meat (¥790), assorted grilled skewers (6 pieces, ¥680), and raw tripe (¥680). I haven't tried any labor-intensive dishes, but all the ingredients were in good condition, especially the tuna red meat. The service staff's movements were also brisk, which was also great. When the weather becomes more comfortable, I will try to go and eat labor-intensive dishes. Total: ¥3,130. (Overall evaluation is provisional)

It's a famous local restaurant just a 5-minute walk from Kintetsu Ogura Station! They are known for their delicious kushikatsu and yakitori. There is no parking lot, so you have to park at a nearby parking area, but it's worth a visit! The kushikatsu and yakitori are both delicious, but my favorite is the tuna salad. It's not your ordinary tuna salad, it's mixed with various vegetables and it's really tasty. The dressing they use is also delicious. They have a wide variety of drinks that go well with grilled dishes. I think it's a great place to visit. Check it out! (^o^)

This restaurant is located after passing through the shopping street on the west side of Kintetsu Ogura Station. The skewers are very delicious, and I often use this place (the other dishes are also delicious). The prices are cheap and it's a very nice place. It can get a bit crowded inside, but that's a sign of how busy it is. It seems that many players from Cerezo Osaka also come here, as there are signed jerseys displayed, including one from Park Ji-sung who played for Manchester United. Whenever I come here, I always eat the same thing, but next time I want to try ordering something different.

The restaurant is located about a 2-minute walk from Kokura Station, at the entrance of a residential area. Honestly, the exterior looks old and dirty. The interior is not particularly clean either. So, I don't think it's suitable for a date. However, the food is delicious. They use fresh ingredients, and the taste is outstanding. There are no fancy dishes, but the quality of the ingredients is excellent. I wish they had more alcohol options. I had a great time chatting with a stranger (maybe a regular customer?) and had a lot of fun. I will visit again. Next time, I will try the raw intestine dish!

This restaurant is a place I visit a few times a year. It's located near Kokura Station, a little off the main street so it's hard to find, but it's always popular and often full whenever I go. They serve both Korean and Japanese cuisine, and the sashimi is always fresh and delicious, surprising considering the atmosphere of the restaurant. The main reason I come here is to eat the ginseng tempura, which always makes me feel refreshed and energized. Many players from the soccer team Purple Sanga also visit this restaurant, so if you become a regular, you might see them. Personally, I'm not interested in soccer, but my friend got excited when he saw Park Ji-sung's autograph here.
