The hojicha flavor had a fragrant aroma that lasted until the end, and the option to change the taste with caramel sauce and shiratama kept it interesting throughout. The sweetness was just right and refreshing. The matcha flavor also had a strong tea aroma, and the balance between the slight bitterness of matcha and the sweetness of the syrup was excellent. The flavor change with rich tea and anmitsu was also delicious. Since it was a traditional Japanese confectionery shop, the anmitsu's sweet red bean paste was exceptionally tasty! However, in reality, it was just a regular dorayaki with a slightly different red bean paste filling. I was disappointed. I was expecting a mikan-flavored paste with cream, but it was just a regular red bean paste. If that's the case, you could easily make strawberry dorayaki or blueberry dorayaki by filling them with strawberry jam or blueberry jam. I could make them myself. I may have misunderstood, but the taste was just average. The skin was a bit dry, so it was tough to eat without a drink. The mikan flavor was distinct, just like mikan, and the matcha flavor was just like matcha. The taste level was average. When it came to choosing what to eat, everything looked delicious, so I ended up getting a variety of items. The staff's customer service was excellent, so I ended up buying more than I had planned. Everything was very tasty, but my favorite was the Bliss Sandwich Cookie with plenty of gooey chocolate inside. It was really delicious.

I went to try the shaved ice at Espuma because I was craving it. The parking lot has spaces for about 3 cars where you have to park diagonally. The exterior of the shop has a clean and modern vibe. Inside the shop is also clean and new! The layout and interior design are modern and pleasant. The staff were all friendly and made the atmosphere very welcoming. They offer not only shaved ice but also unique items like Bliss Sandwich with cookies, cream, and nuts, and fresh dorayaki. I was tempted to try many things! Instead of shopping, I decided to sit in the eat-in area, where you can order at the counter and wait for your food. There are limited tables inside, but I noticed that they also provide seating on the upper floor when it gets crowded. I ordered the Matcha Espuma Ice and Hojicha Espuma Ice, each for ¥850 + tax. The fluffy cream on top of the fluffy ice was surprisingly large but manageable for one person. The bitterness of matcha was subtle, mostly overpowered by the sweetness. I adjusted by mixing the matcha syrup, but it was still too sweet for my taste. Personally, I prefer shaved ice where the matcha flavor stands out more. As souvenirs, I bought the Bliss Sandwich Caramel Almond for ¥260, Hojicha Dorayaki for ¥160, and Chestnut Dorayaki for ¥180. The Bliss Sandwich looked great but was also too sweet. The dorayaki had distinct flavors of hojicha and chestnut, which I enjoyed as the ingredients' taste shone through. The size was generous and the prices were reasonable. Next time, I want to try more varieties of dorayaki.

The food I wanted to eat was for takeout only, there were only 3 seats available, and I felt the piercing gaze of the staff, so I couldn't stay any longer.
