Personally, I would be happy if they had miso sauce for the hormone. Located along the old national highway with many dining options, this place has been around for over 30 years for a reason - the deliciousness is evident. The price is around 7000 yen per person for eating and drinking. The kimpa here is bite-sized and easy to eat, with eel inside, making it the best I've ever had. This is a yakiniku restaurant that I want to visit at least once a month. (^^)v

During our meal, a family of regulars who seemed to be locals also arrived. It felt like a BBQ restaurant loved by the local community. The meat was light and delicious. I will definitely visit again.

They offer a range of meats, from high-end cuts to more affordable options. I tried the high-end kalbi and it was delicious, with a great balance of flavor and sweetness. The tongue and harami were also very tasty, and the dipping sauce was light. The restaurant has three sunken tables and about three regular tables. It seems like they stay open late at night.

I decided to visit a yakiniku restaurant I had never been to before, and ended up at Koryo for the first time. The restaurant is run by an older couple, and although I was the only customer at the time, each dish was well-prepared. You can taste the flavors of this long-standing establishment. The yakiniku sauce was a bit surprising at first, but when paired with the meat, it enhanced the flavor perfectly. The chijimi (Korean pancake) and oxtail soup were also delicious. The prices were reasonable, and the warmth of the owners made the atmosphere pleasant. What surprised me the most was how clean the restroom was. Although restroom cleanliness may not seem important for a restaurant review, a proper establishment ensures a clean restroom. As a bonus, they offered a complimentary shoe ice cream after paying the bill. The only downside is that the restaurant may be a bit difficult to find. Despite the competition from all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurants nearby, Koryo is holding its ground. Thank you for the meal, I will definitely visit again!
