The nearest station is Karasuma Oike. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. The first floor has a front desk, an open-air atrium, and a buffet venue where you can overlook the surroundings. The interior has a traditional business hotel feel. For breakfast, you can choose between a Western-style buffet or a Japanese breakfast (must be reserved in advance). Since I didn't make a reservation for the Japanese breakfast, I had the buffet. The buffet venue is called "Patio" and is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. They offer various bread, soft drinks, coffee, herbal tea, hot vegetables, sausages, scrambled eggs, natto, rice, miso soup, salad, and fruits. It's a typical hotel breakfast buffet. The Japanese breakfast, Kyoto cuisine, is served at "Hamatoku" from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, offering grilled dishes, simmered dishes, three small side dishes, rice or porridge, miso soup, and pickles. The hotel has a good location and is reasonably priced, making it recommended for sightseeing or business purposes.
