On this day, all 5 family members gathered and wondered where to have lunch. Then I remembered there was a Baby Face restaurant near Okubo Station! The first time bringing the children to Baby Face, we entered the restaurant excitedly! After a short wait, we were seated ^o^ The seating area is connected at the top, but it feels like a private room, so it's calming. The two children who were visiting Baby Face for the first time were looking at the menu... The menu at this restaurant is really hard to read and understand (｀_´)ゞ So, I decided to choose from the menu photos from my previous visit to Baby Face! However, the menu was different... And this restaurant doesn't have the Sumo Wrestler size ⤵︎ (*´-`) The size options at the restaurant I used to go to were Celeb, S size, Regular, and Sumo Wrestler, but this restaurant only has Normal, W size, and Triple. According to the waiter, the Triple size is more than Sumo Wrestler size but smaller. We all ended up ordering omurice! I had the Fluffy Egg Cheese-In Omurice (Triple), my wife and the middle child shared the Plenty of Mentaiko Cream Omurice (Triple), the older child had the Mentaiko Cream Omurice, and the younger child had the Porcini Cream Omurice. For dessert, we ordered the Baby Face Parfait, Vanilla Berry Parfait, Matcha Azuki Parfait, Today's Dolce Plate, and Tiramisu. The dishes were served one by one. First, my Fluffy Egg Cheese-In Omurice! It's a popular menu item and delicious! The chicken rice inside is not sticky and easy to eat. The demi sauce and fluffy egg are tasty! As I ate, the stretchy cheese inside was a nice touch. But it's much lighter than the Sumo Wrestler size I had at other restaurants! It was delicious and easy to eat. My wife found the Mentaiko Cream to be heavy and flavorful. Sharing is good, but the middle part with the most food is always left for last, causing some difficulty in finishing it. The children were silent while eating, so I think they enjoyed the food. My Tiramisu dessert had ice cream surrounded by whipped cream. The bitter taste of the ice cream was nice. My partner came back after a long time and we decided to go to Kagetsu, but it seems like it has closed down. The Caesar salad was delicious. The snow crab and cheese doria had a strong fishy smell at first, but was tasty, although it seemed high in calories. The omurice was fluffy with lightly colored ketchup rice and a rich demi-glace sauce. However, the table had a call button that, when pressed, would display the table number above with a loud calling sound. It was quite noisy, with most of the noise coming from the semi-private section where many part-time staff were working in this large trendy restaurant.

On my daughter's birthday, we went to our favorite Baby Face restaurant and both the omelette rice and spaghetti were delicious. The whole family was very satisfied. They even prepared a birthday plate and played "Happy Birthday" when bringing it out, which made my daughter very happy! ❤️

It's been a while since I went to a baby-friendly restaurant. The seating is almost like a private room, with spacious seating areas where you can relax and chat with friends. Since I already had dinner, I opted for the Basque cheesecake for dessert and felt like having something salty, so I ordered the fried potatoes. My friend ordered the fondant chocolate cake. You have to get your own water as it is self-service. The fried potatoes were thick, Kentucky-style fries and they were delicious being served hot. They also brought salt separately so you can season it to your liking. The Basque cheesecake was consistently delicious, with fruits and ice cream adding to the satisfaction.

Today, I visited Baby Face in Okubo for the first time in a while. It was crowded when I arrived around noon, and the service was a bit slow. However, I ordered pasta and fresh spring rolls, and they were delicious despite the crowded conditions.

Visited for the Mentaiko sauce omurice lunch. Parking available. Quite spacious. I received a free ticket from the company's health checkup program, so I happily had lunch here. Comes with a drink bar and salad, both delicious.

I have visited Baby Face Planets in Nara, Matsuyamayamate, and Akashi, and on my way back from Uji, I happened to come across this branch and decided to stop by. It was a Saturday around 6:00 PM and there was a wait of about 5 groups. The Uji Okubo store had a conventional store layout. This visit was disappointing as I had never missed a visit before. The coffee server was out of order, there was no hot water in the hot warmer, and it tarnished the image I had of Baby Face Planets.

I went in to have lunch. I was drawn to the word "ultimate" and had my favorite carbonara and a drink bar. I think the quality was high. I especially liked the musk melon juice, which I don't see often. The mango juice was also quite delicious. The carbonara was rich and delicious as always. The runny egg yolk, rich sauce, and cheese go well together. It's a taste I want to go back for. Thank you for the meal.

I had omurice! It was delicious, but the portion was large so I left a little. It might be just right for someone who is very hungry.

Baby Face Planet in Okubo. This chain restaurant is operated by a different company, and the menus at Okubo, Okurayama, Nishinomiya, and Nabari are different. I chose the Young Chicken and Mushroom Gorgonzola Doria and the Mentaiko Cream Omelette Rice with a mountain of green salad. The omelette rice has a classic oval shape. The fluffy egg around it, the buttery rice inside, and the sweetness of the onions are all highlights. And notably, the Mentaiko cream sauce is creamy and flavorful.

This place is great for students - the omurice is delicious, cheap, and you get a lot of it! They also have pilaf, pasta, pizza, fried foods, and salads with an Italian vibe. It's popular with students in the evening. The atmosphere is stylish, maybe a bit intimidating for high schoolers, haha. It could be a good spot for a date too, with private rooms available. I recommend the fluffy hat omurice - it's topped with fluffy eggs and demiglace sauce, so good! Check it out!

I came to Baby Face after a long time. My friend and I were seated at a round table with spacious seats where 3-4 people could sit comfortably. It's a nice spot for couples too. I ordered the chicken and mushroom gratin. The taste was as expected. I added the drink bar for an extra 420 yen, which included coffee, cafe latte, cappuccino, cafe mocha, and over 10 types of tea, as well as a variety of juices. I'm sorry I don't have any photos. There was also a bacon consomme soup. It was nice to be able to relax even after the meal.

Baby Face in Okubo, Uji. The interior of the restaurant has a stylish tropical feel. The lunch set includes a drink bar, main dish, and salad for just over 1000 yen. You can also add a dessert for an extra 300 yen. I had the eggplant and mozzarella meat sauce pasta for the main dish, which was delicious with a hint of garlic. I wish the mozzarella had melted a bit more though. The drink bar offers a variety of options, which is great for women. I was surprised and happy to find out that the kids' plate is free here!

I extended my journey a bit and headed to the area around Okubo, where I had been curious about BABYFACE PLANET'S. The parking lot was a bit hard to find. After quickly looking at the menu, I decided to go with the Golden Omurice (curry sauce). You can choose between double or triple, and I opted for double. Even with the double portion, it felt like I was eating and eating but not making much progress. I think it's best to go with a few people and share while eating here. Next time, I plan to try their pasta.
