Eating Taiwan Mazesoba alone after a long time made it challenging to finish even the special size.

It took a while for the food to be served due to the lunch rush and the reviews mentioning the wait time. Finally, the bowl arrived with a tempting soft-boiled egg and lots of chashu pork. I heard that you can eat rich tantanmen here, so I came at 5:00 p.m. When I arrived, there was only one customer ahead of me. I purchased a meal ticket at the ticket machine at the entrance and waited for about 5 minutes before my order was served. I ordered the large serving of rich tantanmen for 970 yen. The visual presentation was lovely. The dish had minced meat islands, cashew nut beaches, and a soup filled with umami flavor. The spiciness was mild, but the spices added depth to the taste. The noodles were thick and firm, and since I ordered the large serving, there was quite a lot. By the time I finished the noodles, the soup had also decreased, so I couldn't help but slurp it all up. I need to watch my intake at my age, but it was so delicious.

I have been to the main store before but this was my first time visiting another branch. The parking lot is located behind the store and is spacious and easy to park. I arrived at 1:30 pm and was able to enter without waiting in line. I selected my ramen using the touch panel ticket machine. The menu had options like chicken tonkotsu, salt, soy sauce, and miso ramen, as well as limited-time ramen. Today, I ordered the chicken tonkotsu ramen with salt in regular size (850 yen) and added a seasoned egg as a topping. (I forgot the price of the topping...) The interior of the store had counter seats, table seats, and even chairs for children. The ramen arrived in about 5 minutes. Compared to the ramen I had at the main store, this one looked more stylish. The soup was rich and delicious, and it paired well with the noodles. The lemon added a nice flavor. The watercress and green onions were crispy and complemented the soup well. The chicken chashu had a unique taste that I hadn't tried before but it was quite delicious. It was a tasty meal. The Sparkling Special is the best item. Hoping for the return of the GTR. The Taiwan Mazesoba Naota (large) (890 yen) has garlic. Lately, this moderate size is enough.
