After renovation and expansion, a new building was added, where a cafe and KFC moved in. The cafe's name is GOKONC, which seems to be inspired by Gojo Concourse. The cafe is quite spacious, with a glass exterior that feels open. The drink prices range from 400 yen and up, which is reasonable. However, there is a catch - you need to spend over 500 yen to get the parking fee waived. So, if you're alone and just ordering a regular coffee, you'll have to pay for parking. The staff informed me of this, so I chose a 500 yen drink from the menu. I tried the Cafe Mocha, a latte with chocolate mixed in. At first, I drank it without mixing too much, and the chocolate at the bottom was quite rich. Before the renovation, there used to be two Starbucks on this site. I wonder if one of them became a directly managed store? The taste and atmosphere were good.

The chicken carbonara sauce set with matcha shake was delicious. The chicken was juicy and tasty. The salad dressing was also good. The quality of the soup and bread was okay. You can choose between bread or rice, and rice may be a better option. The matcha shake was satisfying with a generous amount. It was a soft serve with matcha extract or syrup mixed in.
