Marugen Seikotsu-ten is a shop I found on my way back to the station from Fukuchiyama Castle, offering croquettes and minced cutlets. I was feeling a bit peckish, so I tried the minced cutlet. The seasoning was light, but it was juicy and had a homely taste that I could never get tired of eating. There was a school nearby, and many students were walking around. Perhaps there are some students who are regulars here. I was just a tourist taking a break while strolling through the town. Thank you for the meal.

This time, I visited Marugen Butcher in Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture. While walking around, I saw a sign for croquettes, so I casually looked inside and found freshly fried croquettes being sold, so I stopped by. I bought the freshly fried croquettes and Marugen's homemade roasted pork. I ate the croquette right away, and it was delicious from the first bite! It was so good! I also enjoyed the homemade roasted pork when I got home, it was also delicious. I regret not buying more because it was so tasty. I definitely want to go back and buy more. Thank you for the meal.
