I had some authentic Edomae sushi that was truly delicious. Each piece was made with care and I enjoyed it with excitement. The collaboration of locally sourced fish and the chef's skills was just wonderful. The chef, who I thought was quiet, turned out to be very friendly and easy to talk to.
