This restaurant, which opened in March this year, offers a variety of eel dishes along with a newly introduced dessert menu. The main eel dishes include eel rice bowl, hitsumabushi, and grilled eel, each available in regular, special, and premium sizes. The hitsumabushi in regular size (2000 yen) that I tried was not filling enough to make me full, but the eel was cooked with just the right amount of oil, tender, and fluffy. Although the eel is not domestically sourced, it had no fishy smell and tasted delicious. The sauce was also very tasty. When the dish was first served, the amount of sauce was a bit on the low side, but there was extra sauce on the table for those who wanted more (laughs). The dashi tea for ochazuke was also delicious. The service was a bit lacking in confidence, but it was to my liking. I ordered coffee after the meal, which was only 200 yen, making it very affordable. Overall, I was satisfied with both the taste and cost of the meal.

Today, I tried the onigiri set for 500 yen. It was just before 11 am and there were only two customers, including myself. It took about 15 minutes to be ready. The onigiri was topped with eel on soy sauce-flavored rice and wrapped in seaweed. It was served with soup stock to pour over it. The tamagoyaki (rolled omelette) was also well-made today. With a drink included, I think it was a good deal for the price.

I visited the restaurant on the midsummer day of the ox. A young waiter took my order promptly, and after a short wait, the grilled eel bowl was brought to me. The eel, cooked in a sweet sauce, was delicious. It's a nice place where you can enjoy eel without any fuss. Just be careful on hot days because it's a bit far from the station.

It's a shop that the head of a long-established eel specialty store would faint if he saw it. The shop has a mysterious name "Eel, Cafe, and Yukichi's Tiny Little Place" with pink wallpaper and lace curtains. They serve eel morning set and the special eel donburi for 2500 yen, which was overflowing from the bowl. The eel was generously used in the unagi roll and unagi maki. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was delicious. They have a parking lot available.

I finished planning my morning and decided to try the eel morning set at Unagi Cafe Yukicchi, which I've been curious about for a while.
