I put a lot of effort into writing this review, so I hope you read it. The best thing you can do is to go to this place and enjoy the wonderful deliciousness. The course started with a selection of Namul and Kimchi. Namul consisted of bean sprouts, shepherd's purse, and carrots. The Kimchi included radish and Chinese cabbage. Both the Namul and Kimchi were delicious and well-prepared, especially the perfect balance of seasoning in the Kimchi. This place is definitely a must-visit for those who love Kimchi (and Namul) with grilled meat. Next, we had a salad with wasabi-based homemade dressing, featuring fresh salad leaves, bell peppers, and cucumbers. The dressing added a nice touch to the crunchy and moist texture of the salad. The salad was a perfect appetizer before indulging in the meat feast. Moving on to the meat dishes, we had seared Yukhoe made with premium Tamura beef, which was tender and flavorful. The Kadaif on top added a crispy texture that complemented the dish well. The egg yolk was rich and added an extra layer of flavor to the beef. The combination of meat and egg yolk was unforgettable. We also tried a selection of premium black tongue cuts, each offering a unique and delicious taste. The meat was succulent and packed with flavor, showcasing the quality of the black beef tongue. The grilled black Harami was cooked to perfection, with a powerful sear that sealed in the flavor. The meat was rich and flavorful, yet had a light aftertaste. It exceeded expectations in terms of taste and texture. To accompany the meat dishes, we had steaming white rice and two types of salt for the Tamura beef. The meat was seared lightly and served rare, with a perfect balance of flavors between the meat and the fresh shiso leaves. The Tamura beef with two types of sauce was a delight to the taste buds, with each bite bursting with flavor. The meat was tender and juicy, and the sauces complemented it perfectly. Lastly, we tried four types of Omi beef offal, each offering a unique and delicious taste. The offal was cooked to perfection, with no hint of gaminess. The flavors were rich and complex, leaving a lasting impression. The Shima Chou in particular stood out for its exceptional taste and texture. Overall, the dining experience was exceptional, with each dish showcasing the quality and flavor of the beef. It's a meal that I will never forget.

Hidden gem yakiniku restaurant located a little towards Roppongi from Nishi-Azabu intersection. All seats are private rooms where the staff will grill all the meat for you. This time, we ordered various items from the recommended menu: - Special selected black wagyu harami (skirt steak) ¥4300 - Special selected black wagyu tongue with salt ¥3800 - Special selected Miyazaki beef loin ¥1980 - Tamura beef intestine ¥980 - Ultimate egg over rice ¥2530 - Fresh kimchi ¥715 - Homemade pudding ¥715 The harami was tender and flavorful, the tongue provided a unique comparison between the lean and fatty parts, the Miyazaki beef loin was seared to perfection, the Tamura beef intestine had a melt-in-your-mouth quality, and the ultimate egg over rice was a luxurious combination of yukke, sweet shrimp, ikura, and Samurai Kujyo green onions. The fresh kimchi provided a crunchy contrast, and the homemade pudding was a delightful end to the meal. Each dish was meticulously prepared with attention to detail, making the dining experience exceptional.

[Yakiniku Nikudarake] Nishi-Azabu "Recommended Points" ◉ For those who want to enjoy carefully selected beef such as "Tamura Beef," "Omi Beef," "Shiretoko Beef" ◉ For those who love to enjoy yakiniku in a private room at a leisurely pace ◉ Make sure to try the "Ultimate Series" ◉ Friends / lovers / family ▷▷order▷▷ ◆ Tamura Beef Melting Seared Yukke: 2,640 yen ◆ Omi Beef Thick-cut Liver: 2,400 yen ◆ Special Black Wagyu Harami: 4,300 yen ◆ Tamura Beef Sirloin: 2,510 yen ◆ Ultimate Rolled Sushi: 3,980 yen ◆ Fresh Kimchi: 715 yen ◆ Goro Goro Sour Peach: 880 yen ◆ Ulong Highball: 605 yen ・ Tamura Beef Melting Seared Yukke It literally melted in my mouth (^ ^) The searing gives it a fragrant aroma, and the flavor is amazing. The egg yolk is from a brand called "Rikimaru-kun." It contains twice the nutritional value and seven times the vitamin E compared to regular eggs (^ ^) Not only delicious but also packed with nutrients, how amazing is that! ・ Special Black Wagyu Harami They pay a lot of attention to the preparation of the meat, making it meaty and juicy. When eaten with wasabi and salt, it becomes exceptional (^ ^) ・ Tamura Beef Sirloin The size of the face, or is it double!? A large piece of sirloin appeared!!! The staff is very attentive and skillfully cooks it to the most delicious state ^_^ When the meat, cooked to perfection, is combined with the egg, it's unbelievably delicious. ・ Ultimate Rolled Sushi The perfect marbling in the meat, the plump shrimp, pickled daikon radish, and shiso wrapped in seaweed. The crunchy daikon radish adds an accent, and everything blends harmoniously, making it irresistible! There's also a bit of rice in it, but it was gone in a flash (^ ^) ・ Fresh Kimchi I love the crunchy fresh kimchi, so I always order it when it's available. The fresh cabbage is pickled just before serving, so it's crunchy and delicious, perfect for a chopstick break (^ ^) It's a menu item that the manager secretly recommends♪ ・ Goro Goro Sour Since it's made with frozen fruits, the sourness doesn't dilute, and it's not too sweet. I also like that you can eat the semi-frozen fruits at the end (^ ^) The beautiful manager who took care of our table, as well as the staff, was kind and provided warm service (^ ^) I always love restaurants with attentive service because the food tastes better, and it makes me want to come back. Enjoy the elusive Japanese beef "Tamura Beef" with Tajima lineage! Relax and enjoy yakiniku in a private room at all seats (^ ^) The interior is a calm and modern space, with complete private rooms where you can relax!

Just around the corner from Nishi-Azabu crossing, on the second floor of a building, you'll find this unique yakiniku restaurant. The atmosphere inside is casual, with semi-private and private dining options available. The owner is very passionate about Tamura beef and has even had discussions with Mr. Tamura himself to learn more about beef. They also offer rare meats like Shiretoko beef, which is not commonly found in Tokyo. The menu can be accessed via a QR code, and on this particular visit, we tried a variety of dishes a la carte. The highlights included the premium Shiretoko beef tongue with salt, Tamura beef sushi, seared yukhoe with sweet shrimp, ikura, and green onion, premium Shiretoko beef liver, Tamura beef with peppers, Tamura beef tendon, a refreshing beef salad, ultimate tamago kake gohan (rice topped with raw egg), and ultimate sushi roll. The quality of the meats was exceptional, and the menu was diverse and exciting. It's recommended to try the "ultimate" series items for a luxurious dining experience. We enjoyed our meal and found it exciting to have such a wide range of beef options to choose from.

I received an invitation to visit a yakiniku restaurant that caught my interest. The person who invited me said they use good quality meat, but I wasn't sure what to expect... The atmosphere was a bit hard to describe, but I decided to go and see for myself. The restaurant is located near the Nishi-Azabu intersection, about halfway between Roppongi and Nogizaka. I climbed the stairs to the second floor of the building and entered. I was guided to a private room at the back. There were several box seats along the corridor. I asked the staff to adjust the lights as the interior was a bit dim, and they kindly did so. I placed my order through a QR code. I'm not sure if they had a set course, but I decided to order a la carte this time. The menu included: Ultimate Tamago Kake Gohan, Special Shiretoko Beef Tongue with Salt, Salad with Lots of Vegetables, Tamura Beef Nigiri Sushi, Ultimate Seared Yukhoe, Shiretoko Beef Liver, Tamura Beef with Hot Pepper, Tamura Beef Misuji, Raw Kimchi, Ultimate Sushi Rolls, and a Beet Drink. I picked out some interesting meats to try, and it turned out to be almost like a course meal. They had unique beef brands like "Shiretoko Beef," exclusive to selected restaurants, and "Tamura Beef," which is similar to Tajima beef. It's not often that you find a yakiniku restaurant with such a variety of premium meats. Each meat was delicious, and the grilling was done perfectly. I was surprised by how high-quality the meats were. The manager, a woman who also gave grilling instructions, made sure the meat was served in its best condition. I could relax and enjoy the meal, even taking photos. The restaurant's name was a bit unique, so I never imagined I would be able to try such high-quality beef. The balance of meat and rice dishes was interesting, with about 90% meat and seafood and 10% rice. The attention to detail in the rice was also evident. The crispy texture of the raw kimchi and the spicy flavor of the chili pepper were different from typical kimchi and quite enjoyable. Despite eating so much meat, I didn't feel heavy or bloated afterwards. It was a truly satisfying meal. The owner of Tamura Beef, Mr. Tamura, also visits this place occasionally. I highly recommend "Nikudarake" for anyone looking for a great dining experience. Thank you for the wonderful meal. ----------------------------------------- ⚫️TABEROG REVIEWER AWARD 2023 GOLD Restaurant Complete Award Thank you for reading until the end. I couldn't request the course for the day, so I asked for something under 10,000 yen. The bill was almost exactly 10,000 yen on average. The quality of the meat was good, and the bibimbap for the finish was very delicious. I felt the timing of the dishes coming out was a bit slow, but other than that, it was very good. I would like to come back again.

I went to a yakiniku restaurant in Roppongi and enjoyed Tamura beef, so I would like to introduce it. Hello everyone! Nice to meet you! I am World Wide Schwarze Nessie XVI. The restaurant I want to review this time is "Yakiniku Nikudarake". The nearest station is Roppongi Station or Nogizaka Station. You can walk from either station, but it takes about 10 minutes. First, I ordered green tea as a drink. Then I enjoyed cola, red tea, and more. - Raw Kimchi: The homemade kimchi at the restaurant was impressively spicy. It may be too spicy for those who don't like spicy food, but for those who love spicy food, it's irresistible. The vegetables were fresh, crunchy, and delicious. - Tamura beef Tomo triangle Yukke: It was seared and melted in my mouth. The creamy egg and sweet sauce enhanced the flavor. - Tamura beef lamp: The staff grilled it carefully. I had it medium rare as recommended. It was tender, without any unnecessary fibers, and had a juicy, rich taste. It was delicious on its own or with salt. - Tamura beef Tomo triangle: It had a good amount of fat, and the sweetness of the fat was surprising. The quality of the meat was so good that it was delicious on its own, and the sweet sauce was a perfect match. - Black Wagyu Harami with wasabi: I ate it with wasabi. The harami was so tender that it could be easily chewed, and the fat was well-balanced, giving it an elegant taste. It was different from any harami I had before and I was impressed. - Tamura beef meat sushi: It melted in my mouth without any unnecessary fibers. Meat and rice are always a delicious combination. - Ultimate egg over rice: It had shrimp, yukke, green onions, salmon roe, and egg. The shrimp and yukke were seasoned. The yolk of the egg was rich and amazing. The Kyoto green onion had a good texture and was delicious, and even the rice was delicious. The price is high, but the satisfaction level is high. - Curry: The meat in the curry was ground. The spice level was good and the quality of the curry was high. - Cold noodles: The noodles were firm, and the taste was quite refreshing, making it a perfect ending. The prices were generally high, but the quality of the meat was reliable. The staff grilled the meat perfectly, so I was able to enjoy it at its best. The atmosphere of the restaurant matched the streets of Roppongi and was a calm space. That's all from World Wide Schwarze Nessie XVI! Thank you for reading until the end. Let's meet again somewhere! I'll be back!

Today I visited Nikudarake in Nishi-Azabu. This restaurant offers course meals, but today I decided to order a la carte. Despite arriving earlier than my reservation time, I was seated promptly. Luckily, I was guided to a private room where smoking was allowed, a rare find in this restaurant. I felt fortunate! Here is what I ordered: - Draft beer: Always delicious, especially today! - Seared Yukhoe: Served already seared, warm, with Samurai Kujo Negi and raw egg yolk on top. The flavors were well-balanced and each ingredient was distinct. - Oil Kimchi: Balanced flavors of mild acidity and rich spiciness. - Stewed tendon: Tender meat and vegetables cooked perfectly, very tasty. - Thick-cut liver of Wagyu beef: Exceptionally delicious, especially when cooked rare. - Special selection Harami of Wagyu beef: Juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection. - Tan Tan (tongue) of Omi beef: Tongue tip and base, both incredibly delicious with a nice balance of flavors. - Tamura beef Tomosankaku: Shiny with fat, sweet and flavorful. - Tamura beef Ichibo Tomosankaku: Less fatty but equally delicious. - Ultimate rice bowl with toppings: A combination of various ingredients with a rich and flavorful taste. - Wagyu beef curry: A curry packed with beef, rich in flavor and absolutely delicious. That concludes my dining experience at Nikudarake.

I had a wonderful time at this very lovely restaurant. The freshness of the meat was amazing, it was so surprising! The hormone had such a clear quality, it was my first time experiencing something like this! Also, the grilling master not only knew the perfect grilling temperature but also genuinely loved the meat here and wanted the customers to be happy. This love for the meat really came through in the delicious taste. From the beginning to the end, I felt very warm and welcomed. I ordered the course menu by leaving it to the grilling master after informing him of my budget. The dishes I had were: - Raw Kimchi - Bean Sprout Namul - Special Black Wagyu Tongue with Salt - Premium Black Wagyu Harami - Tamura Beef Kameno - Tamura Beef Misuji - Assorted Premium Hormone - Omi Beef Hatsu Moto - Omi Beef Necktie - Omi Beef Shimacho - Ultimate Tamago Kake Gohan (Half) - Japan's No. 1 Cold Noodles (Half) First, I started with the recommended Beet Drink and Kale Drink to boost my nutrition. Both were non-alcoholic and had a choice of sour or highball. The Beet non-alcoholic had a hint of apple flavor, while the Kale was orange-flavored and very easy to drink. The dishes I had were all amazing, especially the tongue, harami, and misuji. The taste and texture were exquisite, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The grilling master's favorite, the premium hormone assortment, was also a highlight. The Omi Beef Shimacho was a beautiful and transparent piece of meat that was a delight to eat. Overall, the experience was delightful, and I felt truly happy and satisfied.

A friend invited me to a restaurant called Tamura Gyuu, and everything was delicious!! What surprised me the most was the hormone dishes, which I'm usually not a fan of, but the hormone dishes here were so well-prepared that they were seriously delicious. Each dish was cooked by a meat-loving staff member, resulting in the perfect level of doneness. While the prices may be a bit high, considering the taste, location, and atmosphere, I think this restaurant is worth it. The fresh kimchi with plenty of water content, two types of tongue with different textures and flavors, flavorful harami, juicy kameno-ko, delicious hormone dishes, and the ultimate Tamura Gyuu rice bowl were all highlights of the meal. The white shima-cho was not only beautiful but also incredibly flavorful. The concept of hormone dishes has completely changed for me. The cold noodles had a simple yet flavorful soup, which became even more delicious with a dash of vinegar. They also had drinks made with beets and kale, which were good for the body.

I had all the meat, from tongue to lean cuts to offal, cooked by the staff at the restaurant! It was my first time experiencing this. It all started with a meat-filled festival in Azabu-Juban and led to a recommended yakiniku restaurant. Originally, the plan was to have a beer while enjoying the festival and then take a taxi to the restaurant, but I got carried away with the festival fun and ended up walking the entire way to Roppongi. It turned out to be a good workout! We were guided to a private room with large windows. The staff greeted us with "I will be taking care of you, my name is ○○," and I thought, "Roppongi is so polite!" But in reality, it was even more luxurious and polite than I had anticipated. They actually cooked all the meat for us. *This time we ordered using a QR code.* I will list the items and prices that were all still available. - Premium Black Wagyu Tongue with Salt: 3,800 yen - Ultimate Sushi Roll: 3,980 yen (recommended by the staff, with sirloin wrapped in seaweed and black vinegar rice) - Tamura Beef Misuji: 2,900 yen (we chose lean cuts instead of skirt steak to balance out the offal dishes) - Omi Beef Gear: 1,430 yen (surprisingly, they also cooked the offal for us, which was a first for me) - Omi Beef Senmai: 1,430 yen x2 (we ordered two servings of this offal, which was cooked perfectly by the staff) The staff also cooked the meat to perfection, including the lean cuts and offal, which was a relief for us as we often worry about overcooking it ourselves. The premium drinks available (I had Yamazaki 12-year-old with soda, and my companion had Moriozuka, each 2,200 yen) added to the satisfaction of the meal. The conversation with the staff was also very enjoyable. We didn't just say "it's delicious," but also experienced the luxury of saying "it's so much fun!"

The beef tongue restaurant only has one menu, which is a bit disappointing because it includes tongue tip. The yukhoe was decent and everything else was delicious. It's a good value for around 10,000 yen per person without alcohol. Ordering is done through a smartphone, which I personally dislike because the screen is small and difficult to use.

Today, I made a reservation at a restaurant that I had been curious about for a while and came to visit. It is a yakiniku restaurant located in Roppongi, and it was rumored to have a wide variety of side dishes in addition to meat. The yakiniku style is also unique, with the grill master expertly cooking the meat to ensure it is enjoyed in the best condition. For those who want to eat delicious yakiniku and also enjoy a variety of side dishes, this restaurant is highly recommended. - Chorogi Salad ¥770 - Raw Kimchi ¥715 - Black Wagyu Tongue with Salt - Beef Liver in Garlic Soy Sauce Marinade ¥1320 - Tamura Beef Melting Seared Yukhoe ¥2640 - Special Black Wagyu Harami ¥4300 - Tamura Beef Plum Seasoned with Cucumber and Nori Roll ¥2650 - Half Ikura Cold Noodles ¥1078 - Ultimate Egg Rice Bowl ¥2530 The location is a bit of a walk from Roppongi station, but considering the location and the variety of menu items, the cost performance is quite good. If you love yakiniku, be sure to check it out!

Hibiya Line Roppongi Station is a 10-minute walk away. I came here because I heard that I can eat Tajima beef, which reminds me of the Tajima beef I often ate near my grandmother's house. Tamura beef is a type of Tajima bloodline beef. It is said to have high-quality meat texture and aroma, similar to the top three Japanese beef varieties: Kobe beef, Omi beef, and Matsusaka beef. Exciting! The restaurant has private rooms and semi-private rooms. Since it's a girls' night out, we chose a private room. We started with a matcha highball from Masuda-en to cheers. Let's get started. We ordered the following menu items: - Premium black wagyu beef tongue with salt - Chorogi salad - Premium black wagyu beef skirt steak with salt - Tamura beef with chili pepper and salt - Meat-packed special stewed tripe (recommended by the staff) - Galbi soup - Japan's best cold noodles (half size) - Homemade pudding - Sweet brulee I was happy that they split the dishes for us from the beginning!! The meat had a rich flavor and was delicious. We enjoyed two types of tongue with Kujo green onions. The staff-recommended stewed tripe had a sweet and rich taste and was delicious. I wanted to try the ultimate rice bowl with raw egg, but I was too full to do so... Maybe next time. The desserts were small in size, so we could still enjoy them even though we were full. Thank you for the meal!

When I searched for a yakiniku restaurant in Roppongi, I discovered Nikudarake-san. It is located near the Nishi-Azabu intersection, about a 10-minute walk from Roppongi Station. This restaurant offers carefully selected black wagyu beef such as "Tamura beef," "Shiretoko beef hormone," and "Yamagata beef." Each table has a dedicated staff member who grills the meat for you, and they are very knowledgeable about the different cuts and cooking methods. The dishes I tried included: Kimchi Assortment ¥825, Nikudarake Salad ¥770, Ultimate Seared Yukke ¥3300, Special Black Wagyu Harami ¥4300, Special Black Wagyu Tongue with Salt ¥3800, Shiretoko Beef Shimacho ¥1650, Tamura Beef Misuji ¥2900, and Blue Soft Ice Cream ¥605. The staff recommended the dishes and explained that the Shiretoko beef is fed a diet rich in vitamins, and the Tamura beef has a low melting point. The meat was all delicious, especially the tongue and misuji. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a girls' night out or a date. The service was exceptional. Overall, Nikudarake-san is a must-visit for yakiniku in Roppongi.

We, the exploration team, have members from Toyooka, the hometown of Tajima cattle, so we are sensitive to Tajima cattle. However, we can't always eat Tajima cattle, so there is a restaurant that serves pure Tajima beef with the bloodline of Tajima and Tajima lineage. I have a strong belief that I need to go to a super high-class restaurant to taste the subtle flavor and texture of Tajima beef, but then the female manager posted on Instagram saying, "We have just received the hormone of Tajima beef!" It's a hormone with a strong flavor but no unpleasant smell typical of hormones, and they can cook it for you. So, I decided to go for it and visited the restaurant. The manager mentioned that they have been in business for 5 years and have a good connection with Mr. Tamura, so they now offer hormone dishes. I had a great timing to visit, and I started with kale beer to balance the flavors. The manager recommended the raw kimchi, which was delicious even without fermentation, and the Tajima beef melted in your mouth. The Tajima beef tendon stew was sweet and flavorful, and then I indulged in the Tajima beef hormone. Even though it's hormone, it's a combination of 2:13:6 ratio of small intestine, large intestine, and liver. The manager explained this to me when I visited Mr. Tamura's ranch. I tried different parts of the hormone, and all were delicious. I ended the meal with a cold noodle dish and a luxurious egg and ikura sushi bowl. The combination of sweet shrimp and Tajima beef with an egg was perfect. The female staff were all energetic and cheerful, and the male staff were busy in the kitchen. I left the restaurant feeling very satisfied.

This is a restaurant located right at the intersection in Nishi-Azabu. Recommended by a friend who loves meat, I visited for the first time! On this day, we ordered a la carte. The a la carte menu is not only about yakiniku, but also has a variety of dishes that you want to try. Everything we ordered was delicious! - Beet Apple Juice: Tastes of beets, made from whole beets, which is rare for non-alcoholic drinks. Enjoyable even as a soft drink. - Chorogi Salad: Crispy and fresh vegetables. You can choose to divide into 1-3 portions when ordering, which makes you want to come back. - Tamura Beef Salt-Seared Yukke: Rare seared yukke of Tamura beef. Tender and sweet Tamura beef with the refreshing taste of green onions and salt. A must-order! - Kanjang Shrimp: Very large and tender shrimp with a moderate sweet and spicy taste. Comes with 6 pieces, perfect for sharing. - Tamura Beef Plum Seasoned and Cucumber Nori Roll: Nori roll with plum and cucumber, perfect for refreshing your palate without rice. - Tamura Beef Special Liver: Limited availability, but a must-order if available! No unpleasant smell, just tender and chewy. - Tamura Beef Lamp: Perfectly sliced for uniform cooking and just the right amount of fat and umami. - Tamura Beef Heart: Recommended rare doneness. Slightly crunchy texture that is addictive. - Ultimate Sushi Roll: A luxurious sushi roll with seared yukke of Tamura beef, sweet shrimp marinated in Shaoxing wine, pickled daikon, chopped shiso, house-made vinegared rice, and grilled sirloin of Tamura beef. A decadent sushi roll filled with delicious ingredients. - Egg Soup: Half portion shown in the photo. Lots of fluffy scrambled eggs. The soup itself also has a hint of sweetness from the meat fat. - Tamura Beef Curry: Made with luxurious minced Tamura beef, resulting in a slightly sweet curry with a hint of spiciness. Perfect for finishing the meal! - Hand-rolled Sushi with Shiso and Flying Fish Roe: Crispy texture from fried shiso leaves. Bite-sized, ideal for when you want a rice dish even when full. - Meat-Only Special Motsu Stew: Recommended by the manager and a great choice! No added sweeteners, just the natural sweetness of the motsu. Gentle sweetness that spreads in your mouth. More motsu than vegetables, which is great. - Sweet Potato Brulee: Almost like a baked sweet potato brulee! The fibrous and moist sweet potato is delicious. The Ueno vanilla ice cream is creamy and balances the flavors well. - Blue Salt Ice Cream: A refreshing sweet with a strong saltiness. Recommended for those who don't like overly sweet desserts. The restaurant has semi-private rooms for privacy and the service is excellent, definitely coming back! They cook all the meat for you, which is a nice touch. With many menu items not included in the course, it's great to order a variety of a la carte dishes for 3-4 people. The calm atmosphere due to the location is also nice. Highly recommended for dates or entertaining. Today, I came to Ginza to hunt for delicious meat. The target restaurant is "Yakiniku Nikudarake," which is located between Roppongi Station, Hiroo Station, and Nogizaka Station. This restaurant is well-known for serving premium brand Japanese beef such as "Tamura beef," "Omi beef," and "Shiretoko beef." I had been curious about this place for a while because of its reputation for offering high-quality beef. The entrance curtain with the word "和牛" (Japanese beef) gave me a sense of confidence and determination. The interior of the restaurant exudes a sense of luxury, and the private rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. As mentioned earlier, this restaurant is known for its premium black-haired Japanese beef, including "Omi beef," "Tamura beef," and "Shiretoko beef." In particular, the quality of Tamura beef is outstanding, with a melting point of fat lower than body temperature, making it not greasy at all. I scanned the QR code on the table to read the menu and placed several orders: - Kimchi assortment (825 yen): A set of three items - Chinese cabbage, radish, and cucumber, pickled to perfection. - Namul assortment (715 yen): Carrots, spinach, and bean sprouts with excellent seasoning and cooking. - Tamura beef seared Yukke (2640 yen): A must-try item that looked amazing and tasted even better. The visual appeal, texture, and flavor were outstanding. - Premium black-haired Japanese beef tongue with salt (3800 yen): A generous portion that was grilled to perfection by a friendly chef. The meat had a great texture and flavor. - Tamura beef Ichibo (2640 yen): A cost-effective choice with a good balance of lean meat and fat. The soy sauce seasoning complemented the beef well. - Ultimate sushi roll (3980 yen): A unique dish made with Kanjangseu and Tamura beef Yukke wrapped in shiso leaves and vinegar rice, then topped with Tamura beef sirloin and seaweed. The combination of flavors was exceptional. - Tamura beef sirloin (2510 yen): Served with egg yolk, this dish was delicious and satisfying. Overall, the dining experience at Yakiniku Nikudarake was exceptional, with each dish showcasing the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs. I highly recommend trying the Tamura beef dishes, especially the seared Yukke and the ultimate sushi roll. It was definitely worth coming here on an empty stomach!
