First of all, I want to inform you that I ate at night, but mistakenly wrote the review as if it was for lunch. I don't know how to correct it, so please forgive me. The restaurant is a bit hard to find. It's located just after crossing the Doishibashi on Prefectural Route 8, heading west from "Volkswagen Beijing To." When you see a yellow sign on your left, that's the place. There are about 4 parking spaces in front of the store, but it depends on how you park since there are no dividers. Inside the store, there are table seats and a raised area, spacious and comfortable. The menu is not on the table, you order by looking at the pop-up menu in front when you enter. When I asked a friend if they knew a good yakiniku restaurant, they immediately mentioned this place. After a year, I finally got to visit. I ordered beef belly and hormone. I also had rice. After a short wait, the meat arrived. The grill is a nostalgic gas grill. The heat intensity varies depending on the location, which adds to the charm. (laughs) But thanks to that, it's easy to adjust the cooking. First, the beef belly. It's tender and well-seasoned. It's really delicious! The sauce is light yet flavorful, goes perfectly with rice. Next, I tried the hormone. The slices were large, about 6 pieces per serving. It had a high fat content. The fat was sweet and quite tasty. However, at my age, the fat was a bit too much for me... I should have probably ordered the tongue instead. After two plates... it was not enough... I hesitated due to my wallet... but in desperation, I ordered the beef belly again. I also ordered liver. The liver wasn't quite to my liking. I had a rice refill, but the quantity and quality were a bit disappointing. After finishing and paying, it was 3500 yen. It felt a bit pricey. During my meal, the phone for weekend reservations kept ringing. Overall, it was delicious, but the serving size per person was a bit small... I felt like I couldn't come here frequently with the total exceeding 3000 yen until satisfied. I would love to try the tongue, tripe, and tongue... if I have the chance... Thank you for the meal.
