This is a takeout shop located at Kurita Station on the Kitakinki Tango Railway (KTR). Kurita is pronounced as "Kunda." It is a weekend-only shop that I had been wanting to visit. However, I was able to try their pudding for the first time at an event held at Toyooka Station by KTR. The pudding was sweet and had a familiar taste, like something someone at home used to make. Perhaps that's why it's called "Happiness Pudding." The address written on the container is fun, located next to the ticket office inside Kurita Station. KTR is a third-sector company that is actively engaged in various initiatives. They operate a gourmet train called the "Kuromatsu-go" and promote the use of KTR, with places like the delicious soba restaurant "Popoya." I would like to ride the Kuromatsu-go and visit the shops along the railway line. Yes, I am a self-proclaimed hidden train enthusiast (laughs).
