The customers seem to be mostly regulars from the neighborhood. The owner responds when spoken to, but doesn't engage in conversation. Sometimes they have curry, which even elementary school kids can eat because it's not too spicy. Despite being in a residential area, they also serve delicious sashimi. I always drink sparkling wine, so my alcohol bill ends up being a bit high (lol).

The cost performance is good, but the medium fatty tuna and other items are somewhat expensive. That's why I think it's a trustworthy shop.

It was a lively and kind restaurant run by a friendly mother. The chef is quiet and focused on his work. He seems to enjoy listening to conversations and occasionally laughs. There are many regular customers, but it is a place I would like to visit again. The mother is hardworking and the orders come out quickly.
