It's a local izakaya. They also serve udon and donburi for lunch. It's a pretty standard rice bowl place. Good for a casual drink. They have a wide variety of menu items, from sashimi to udon. They also offer some more elaborate dishes. The restaurant was quite crowded with local customers, mainly older people. It doesn't seem worth driving from far away, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe lunchtime is their main focus?

Kintetsu Hisatsugawa Station is located west of here, not far from the Daikubo Bypass. From the Daikubo Bypass, head east at the Hirakawa intersection where there is a Lawson and a Honda used car dealership on the corner. The restaurant is located along the road. The exterior of the restaurant may not look fancy, but the food served is delicious. They offer a variety of dishes, including yakitori, kushikatsu, sashimi, and other izakaya menu items. They also have set meals like katsudon set (katsudon + udon + side dish + pickles), udon, and kamameshi. The prices for dishes like grilled fish set meal or yakiniku set meal are around 700-850 yen. I highly recommend trying their kamameshi dishes, which range from 550-750 yen and are delicious. The restaurant has counter seats on the first floor, about four tables, and tatami seating and private rooms on the second floor for parties. Sometimes the first floor can get crowded, but the second floor is also available for seating. It's a good idea to make a reservation if you have a large group. This restaurant is perfect for when you're not in the mood for fast food and want a casual dining experience or a light drink.
