I ordered the "Chicken Cutlet Sandwich Morning" for 500 yen. My wife wanted rice, so she ordered the "Grilled Salmon Set" for 480 yen and a coffee for 50 yen. I could hear the sound of frying chicken cutlet from the kitchen. After a while, the sandwich and coffee were served. The sandwich was cut into three pieces, with shredded cabbage and crispy fried chicken cutlet inside. It was easy to eat even in the morning. The coffee had a hint of bitterness typical of a café. According to my wife, when she was young, she couldn't see inside Kenya and thought it was a suspicious place. Even though she had lived nearby for many years, it was her first time entering.

The meal cost 500 yen plus tax, and I added an iced coffee for an additional 80 yen. The coffee was delicious, as expected from a coffee shop. During the meal, I received news that a family member's condition had worsened, so I had to rush to a hospital in Shinkyogoku by car.

The miso soup had a unique touch that showed it wasn't made in a typical way. The pork belly stew set meal was superb with no complaints, but I still think Koanosuke's pork belly stew is tastier.
