I always passed by and knew that they sold coffee beans, but a friend told me that they also have a cafe space, so my husband and I went there. When we ordered a cappuccino, it was made right in front of us with an impressive coffee machine. I learned that even though it's a machine, it requires skill to operate. The foam on the cappuccino was incredibly smooth! It paired well with the slight bitterness of the coffee. The latte art remained intact until the last drop, which was amazing! I highly recommend trying it out. I definitely plan on visiting again.

I felt a little down at Ogawa Coffee Kameoka store. It has changed quite a bit since the last time I visited a few years ago. I had an espresso (300 yen) at the place where they sell beans. The sound of the roasting machine is loud but it can't be helped. The acidity was strong, followed by a rich flavor and bitterness. The crema was firm and even after stirring in sugar, it remained intact. The service was fast and the coffee was delicious. There are 4 counter seats. The one closer to Amity next door seems to be a different shop. They use beans from here. The customer service was pleasant and the prices were reasonable. As mentioned in other reviews, they seem to have a lot of beans with strong acidity. The air conditioning was just right, not too hot or cold. I considered buying beans to take home but my mother doesn't like acidic coffee, so I decided against it. Smoking is not allowed, and it's a casual place to enjoy a quick drink. Since there's a shop next door, I don't think it will be too crowded here. With only 4 counter seats... The acidity was not to my liking, but it was still interesting. Thank you for the meal!

The store originally sold beans but recently added a small café corner. They offer only cakes and coffee, and orange juice for children. One reason to visit this store occasionally is that you can purchase fresh beans as they roast their own. The way the coffee grounds expand when dripped is completely different. The beans are sourced directly from various origins around the world by the owner, not through trading companies, so I believe they are completely original beans.

I selected a few coffees with low acidity and purchased one of them. However, everyone, including myself, found it to be "sour". I brewed it with a Hario V60, but it was still too acidic. I found that diluting it with a French press made it more drinkable. Whether warm or cold, the acidity remained strong, so I ended up chugging it down. The coffee grounds, aroma, and fruity notes with a hint of greenness were noticeable. The beans were fresh, so it seems the issue lies in the light roasting. Perhaps if I had been more specific in my order, asking for a coffee with bitterness and richness, this situation could have been avoided. Even for an acidic coffee, this overpowering and lackluster acidity leaves something to be desired.

I went to the supermarket to buy bread. When I got out of the car, I could smell a delicious roasting scent coming from somewhere. Under the cold winter sky, mmm, could this smell be coffee!? My nose started sniffing around. Even though my nose quickly got cold in the chilly air, sniff sniff. I followed the scent and found a coffee shop nearby called "Cafe Time Kameoka Store". "Wow!! A coffee shop like this here!" As a coffee lover, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee in a shop like this is irresistible!! You can see the roasting process from outside. This is also amazing!! There were coffee cups placed outside, and inside, there were various coffee beans lined up. Coffee-related items were also displayed, making it easy for beginners to start brewing their own coffee. I tried a couple of different coffee beans that I had never heard of before. The staff kindly explained the characteristics and origins of each coffee. Having a chat with the staff is also a great experience. I brewed the coffee recommended to me according to my taste, and enjoyed a home cafe experience while chatting with my partner. The whole room was filled with the aroma of coffee. Recently, I received a notification from the shop. In March, the "Sakura Blend" and "Guatemala Pacamara" are recommended.
