I had been wanting to go there for a long time because I heard it was delicious, and I finally got the chance. I had only seen it on TV before, but the tile soba was amazing. The part that touches the tile is crispy and satisfying. I put the lemon and grated daikon radish on top into the broth and ate it, thanks to the lemon, it was refreshing until the end. I finished it all in one go.
