Freshly baked naan is always better than the first one. The fact that they offered refills without us having to ask was a nice touch, even though refills are usually free. I brought my child and was happy to see that the restaurant was child-friendly. You can choose the spiciness level from mild to very spicy on a scale of 5. The lunch prices are quite reasonable. I was surprised by the variety of curry and side menu options. Also, the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink menu that I had tried before seems to have been narrowed down and reduced in price by about 1000 yen. Additionally, there is a special offer where the A set lunch is only 500 yen on the 20th and 25th of each month. Luckily, today is the 20th and my friend ordered the A set, so we enjoyed a very affordable lunch. Thank you for the meal.

There was a course where you could have all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat for around 4000 yen. If you ask for the naan a little bit, they will bring you a smaller portion so you can enjoy a variety of dishes without getting too full. The restaurant is run by locals and the food is very authentic, especially the delicious naan. However, there can be some communication issues as they don't speak much Japanese. They have a wide selection of bourbon whiskey, but it can be difficult to order a mixed drink. In the end, we managed to order a whiskey highball by saying "water please, ice please". The cost performance is good and I would recommend it. I would visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

I felt like the amount of cheese had decreased, but it was just the right amount. I used to think there was too much cheese before. The curry was Butter Chicken Curry and it was mild in flavor. The Tandoori Chicken was well seasoned with spices and tasty.

I often go to Indian curry restaurants and enjoy trying different types of naan bread. Today, I went back to the first one I ever visited, New Taj Mahal. The naan here is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a great aroma. It was delicious. I ordered the seafood curry, which was flavorful with a good amount of spices. The samosa has potatoes and some filling inside. The thick crust is fried to a crispy texture, while the inside is soft and delicious. They also serve a small portion of rice, but I declined as the naan was large. The naan is quite filling and delicious, so I managed to finish everything!

I added 200 yen to upgrade to a Kashmiri naan in the naan curry set. The naan had a texture resembling coconut and taro sandwiched in between. It was quite sweet, so it paired well with the very spicy curry (level 5) and iced coffee!

The mutton curry has a hint of sweetness but also a nice kick from the spices, with no gaminess from the mutton. The seafood curry has a good amount of shrimp heads in it, and it's slightly spicy with a rich shrimp miso flavor that is addictive. The mutton and spinach curry has a thick texture with lots of spinach, making me feel like I've consumed a lot of dietary fiber. The mutton is tender without any gaminess, and the sweetness from the pumpkin and fragrance of ginger are noticeable. Besides the taste, the cost performance is also excellent. Even with a small set, you'll be full, and thanks to the spices, you won't feel heavy afterwards. I even got a 20% discount coupon for dinner, making me wonder if the price is really that good for such a satisfying meal!

I visited around 12 o'clock and the restaurant seemed to be quite popular with about four groups of 14-15 people. The staff are Nepalese but they can speak Japanese so it's okay. I recommend visiting on Saturdays as they have an all-you-can-eat special. The taste of the Indian curry is different from Japanese curry, more like a soup, but I found it quite delicious. I really enjoyed the Tandoori Chicken and ended up eating three pieces. For those who don't like curry, the all-you-can-eat chicken option might be worth it. The Naan bread was served hot and fresh, which was excellent. They also have drinks but personally, I prefer Japanese beverages. Lastly, there are stores like Konan nearby so if you happen to be shopping, why not stop by the Indian curry restaurant once?

The B lunch set included salad, daily curry & chicken curry, naan, rice, and a drink for 850 yen. I used a 100 yen discount coupon. You could choose the spiciness of the curry, so I chose mild. My friend chose medium. I also ordered a hot chai, which the staff said was not sweet but came with syrup on the side. The salad was served first, with a light dressing. Then the curry, naan, and rice were brought on a plate. The naan was huge and hot. The curry was mild and easy to eat, with a tomato base. The daily minced meat and boiled egg curry had only a quarter of a boiled egg on top. The taste of both curries was similar. The rice had a unique flavor. The chai was served later and was slightly sweet due to the milk. I felt full after finishing everything. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, and we ended up staying longer. It got busier around 1:00, so we left. It was a satisfying meal at a reasonable price.
