I stopped by to buy dinner side dishes. The parking lot is spacious and it's easy to stop by as it's located along a main road. There are various Fresh Bazaars in different locations, but the layout of the food is somewhat similar, although there may be some differences in the side dishes. This time, I tried the grilled squid and gooey baked yam, which I have never seen at the nearby Fresh Bazaar. The grilled squid has a good amount of squid and the dough with a flavorful broth is delicious. It comes with two pieces, making it a great side dish. The gooey baked yam also has a nice flavor from the broth and is delicious. It's described as baked, but I'm not sure if it's baked after being fried? Regardless, I enjoy the gooey texture of the yam that has been cooked.
