There were no customers when I arrived at 3:30 on a regular Thursday. I stopped by while getting vaccinated. The soft serve ice cream for ¥500 including tax was already melting, and it melted even more because of the high temperature. My hands got sticky. (T . T)

I had some errands to run so I went to Sangastadium. There were no restaurants nearby, so I ended up eating here. I ordered grilled meat and rice with raw egg. The price of 800 yen seems a bit high to me. Well, it's a food court inside the stadium so I guess it can't be helped.

On February 6, 2021, the Taiga Drama Hall in Kameoka was located inside a soccer stadium. While my husband was inside the Taiga Drama Hall, I waited outside. I wonder if I really need to see the same kind of exhibition at the Taiga Drama Hall all the time? Sorry, NHK (^◇^;) I found a food court where I could sit after looking at the goods shop. Let's have some tea. There are delicious baked goods here. There is a sign that says "Café moi moi." The almond tart looks delicious. It's a tart with plenty of almonds. It seems that it costs 300 yen when purchased as a set with a drink. Let's go with the ginger lemonade for 200 yen. Due to COVID-19 measures, there are dividers on the tables, making it difficult to relax when sitting alone... The tart is sweet! The ginger lemonade is also sweet! I would prefer to have this tart with a bitter black tea. The sliced almonds are fragrant and delicious. It's a shame to eat this tart in such a plain food court. It was a delicious tart. Thank you for the meal.

【GotoEat Supported Restaurant】I made a reservation for lunch on a weekday and visited. I ordered the meat sukiyaki and rice with raw egg set using a Tabelog coupon for a 100 yen discount. It was a cold day, so it warmed me up. It's located in the food court of Sanga Stadium.

The daily lunch specials here are amazing! For just 500 yen including tax, the taste and portion size are top-notch. I've been coming back on weekdays, and recently received a loyalty card so I'll be inviting friends to come again. The staff are friendly and make me want to come back again!

It was a last-minute trip to Kyoto. I took the Shinkansen for a one-night, two-day trip, transferring in Kyoto. Instead of visiting shrines and temples, I headed to Kameoka Station. As I passed through the valley, I saw the newly completed Sanga Stadium ahead! Even though there wasn't a game that day, I wanted to visit the stadium and hurried there. I arrived around lunchtime, but Kameoka Station was quiet on a weekday, with few dining options. As I made my way to the stadium, I could see a food court at the bottom of the entrance. There were two permanent shops open, with just a few customers, mostly construction workers. The service at the counter was relaxed. I wondered if they could handle the crowds on game days with 20,000 spectators. The menu was relatively simple, and I decided to try the Kameoka beef bowl. Priced at 800 yen, it seemed a bit high, perhaps due to game days. The beef bowl that arrived was on the smaller side, with a side of pickles. The addition of shirataki noodles gave it a sukiyaki bowl-like flavor. The taste was typical of Yoshigyu, somewhat like a specialty store. I was hoping for more of the unique flavor of Kameoka beef, but considering the stadium was new, I'll look forward to future improvements!

I visited a small music festival at the newly opened Sangastadium, just a 1-minute walk from Kameoka Station. There were only 2 food stalls in the food court, as well as a few local product shops. I was intrigued by something called "nikusui" and decided to try it - it was delicious! I enjoyed a hot nikusui and a cold beer for a toast. It was a unique experience compared to typical food courts. I heard they also host sports events like soccer and rugby, so I would love to visit again when there's a game on.
