I have a store on the 4th floor of Al Plaza Joyo. I used it when I went shopping with my mother. I had the tempura soba (¥800). I was torn between udon and soba, but I decided to go with soba. I don't think the soba itself was that great, but it tasted delicious with the kelp broth. It came with shrimp tempura and pumpkin tempura, so it was a sufficient amount for lunch. It's different from a food court, so you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

I rarely come to this area, and I became a lunch refugee. I ended up at Tairo. I had the pork cutlet bowl set. It was incredibly delicious. It's not that expensive, but everything was amazing. The pork was so tasty. If the Taste Emperor came here, he might destroy the Yasaka Shrine. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I had lunch in Joyo, Kyoto (^_-)-☆ This restaurant used to be my regular spot about five years ago. It's located on the restaurant floor of Al Plaza Joyo and is quite popular. It can get crowded during lunchtime, especially the table seats even on weekdays (>_<) There's a menu item that I always order here:
◆ Pork Cutlet with Egg on Rice Set (930 yen)
It comes with a side dish (potato and daikon radish salad), and you can choose between udon or soba noodles (hot or cold). In the past, I used to prefer soba noodles, but recently, I've been enjoying the udon noodles made with their new noodle-making machine♪ Most places usually serve white rice, but here, it comes with mixed rice. I used to feel like pork cutlets had to be eaten with white rice, but I've gotten used to it♪ (You can also request to change it to white rice!!) The pork cutlet is still delicious, crispy, and juicy as it was back thenヽ(^o^)丿
There are more restaurants opening up in this area, but I still think this place is the best in the pork cutlet department in Joyo City♪

It is a small individual restaurant where you can stop by for a meal while visiting Al Plaza in Miyake. The interior is not very spacious, and you can see the kitchen with steam rising, showing the chefs working hard. The handmade udon noodles have a soft texture, but they are delicious. The rice bowls are also tasty, and there are set menus with noodles that offer a satisfying amount of food. The overall atmosphere is displayed in a Japanese style. It's a good place to go when you feel like eating udon, soba, or rice bowls.

I don't go often, but the udon and donburi are delicious! The portions are huge and I can't finish it all. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I recommend the tempura bowl.

There are various sets of rice bowls and soups, so your stomach will be fully satisfied. If you have young children, you can eat with them and be completely satisfied! It is located inside Al Plaza Joyo, so you can use it while shopping. I think you can have a more relaxed meal here than at a family restaurant.
