The food was so fresh and delicious at this tourist spot! The anago was fluffy, the squid was fresh and flavorful, and the ham and cheese sushi was a great combination. The sashimi was really tasty too. I'm actually not a fan of fish, but I was able to eat it here. The fish didn't have any fishy smell, and it was really good. The sushi rice was light, so I didn't feel too full quickly. Personally, I would have liked a bit more vinegar flavor in the rice, but maybe they made it that way to appeal to foreigners. The master seemed a bit intimidating at first, and the restaurant is a bit hidden in an alley, so it may be a bit hard to find. However, the inside of the restaurant is bright and cozy, and the master is really kind. He was very welcoming to foreign customers with a smile. I will definitely go back again. It was a great find after a long time.
