I had the Princess Lunch Set. It was a mini course meal with the main dish being fresh fish directly delivered from Toyama prefecture. It was delicious.

I visited "Tokutou" located off the main road in Kameoka City. It is a relatively new restaurant. I had the "Tokutou Bento" for lunch, priced at 2,200 yen. It included pickled conger eel, sesame-dressed loofah and green beans, spicy sardines, orange-flavored sweet potatoes, and a variety of side dishes. The sashimi portion was generous and the tempura was freshly fried. The cold noodles were visually appealing and delicious. The rice with dried bonito flakes and sansho pepper was a nice touch. For dessert, there were peach syrup, watermelon, and melon. They use local vegetables as well as those from the owner's hometown and fresh fish from the source, so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind. Everything had a delicious and sophisticated taste, and even my elderly mother-in-law enjoyed it. The portions were also satisfying. Despite our sudden visit, we were treated very well, making it a delightful dining experience. It may be a bit hard to find, but it's like a hidden gem. Next time, I will make a reservation before visiting. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I sometimes order catering to my home. The catering service starts at around 1,500 yen per person, but the quality of the food is excellent, so I haven't ordered from any other place since I started using this service. The store is relatively new and located in a residential area, so it may be a bit hard to find, but there is parking available so you can go by car.

My parents and relatives seemed to think I had splurged, but I felt that I received something of great value. It's a restaurant where you can take anyone, and you wouldn't be embarrassed to have a meal at home with their food.

I was surprised when a kimono-clad female hostess welcomed us. We were led to a private room, where we could enjoy our meal in a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes, starting with sashimi, were delicious as they were sourced directly from local producers. We had a variety of dishes including appetizers, simmered dishes, tempura, somen noodles, rice, soup, and dessert, and by the end, we were quite full. Each dish was brought to us fresh, including the tempura. I was delighted to find such a place in Kameoka! Furthermore, the price was around 2500 yen for lunch, which made me even happier.
