Last Saturday, my family went on a trip. We visited Ine Town, where there are boat houses at the back of Amanohashidate. It was a location from the movie "Tsuribaka Nisshi" starring Toshiyuki Nishida. I had always wanted to visit this place as I love the movie. Despite the bad weather, we decided to go. There is a park called "Funaya no Sato Park" located on a high hill 50 meters above sea level. You can't see the entrance to the boat houses from the land side, only from the sea. However, due to the effects of the pandemic, we couldn't use the telescope to see it anymore. The view was still clear despite the rain. When traveling, I always want to try local soft serve ice cream. In the park, there was only one shop offering 4 types of soft serve. I chose the "Ramune Soft Serve" (tax included 350 yen). It was disappointing as it was just a cup of soft serve, not freshly made. There was a sign warning about seagulls trying to steal food outside. I had to be cautious as seagulls were flying around. Despite the average taste of the Ramune soft serve, the view was amazing. Overall, the park had a few other shops offering fish dishes and snacks.
