If the Vienna roll wrapped in the bagel here is chewy and delicious, I will buy it. I have visited a few times, but it was not available, so it was a long time since my last purchase. There are few items right after opening, so sometimes I visit but end up not buying and going home. It might be recommended to visit around 2 pm because the selection is better by then. I wish they had a full selection in the morning, and I always think I don't want to pay for the bag. Typical bakery issues.

The berry cream cheese bagel was chewy and tasty, but in some cases, the berries and cheese were not evenly distributed. It was delicious, but personally, I'm not a big fan of the acidity of the berries. The French toast was delicious, with a caramelized surface and a soft, moist inside. It was a delightful surprise to find one that was soaked all the way through. In terms of cost performance, it is reasonable for bagels, and although some items may seem a bit pricey, I would definitely want to come back for more.

It's a lunch review from when I stopped by my hometown after a long time. I went towards Nakashima in Ryoma Street and crossed a bridge over the Uji River diversion. It seems to be a shop renovated from a private house. Inside, there was a showcase full of bagels. There was no bagel specialty shop in Fushimi Ward other than this one. I informed them that I wanted to have lunch and went upstairs to the cafe space after paying in advance. There were tables in a tatami room, and there were customers with babies. It seems like a place where even those with small children can use it without hesitation. The plate that was brought to me had potatoes and leafy greens, quiche, aioli, chicken tomato stew, soup, and a plain bagel. The chewy bagel is made from domestically produced wheat. I also bought cheese and cafe au lait flavored bagels for takeout, and they were just as good as those from popular shops in the city. The deli uses safe ingredients that moms would want to feed their children. The cafe space is mainly self-service, so I was able to relax. I recommend it for families.

I happened to come to Nakajima Island for some errands and this place caught my eye, so I decided to go in. Once I saw it, I knew I couldn't resist buying it - the combination of red bean paste and butter. The interior of the shop has a deep Kyoto-style eel bed-like atmosphere. It seems like there are also seating on the second floor. Customers were coming down to place their orders. We sat at a table on the first floor and ordered a hot coffee for ¥378 and an iced coffee for ¥432. It may not be cheap, but they seem to be particular about their beans, and the coffee was incredibly delicious. I, who usually can't drink black coffee, even drank it black! It was that good! As for the bagels, we tried the Very Berry Cream Cheese for ¥216, the Wiener for ¥237, and the Black Sesame Sweet Potato for ¥194. We also bought some Chocolate for ¥194 and Rusk for ¥90 to take home. I tried the Rusk later, and it was thin, easy to eat, and had a good balance of sugar. It was delicious, and I couldn't stop eating until I finished the whole bag. It was such a bargain at ¥90! Looking back, I should have bought more! The Chocolate bagel was also delicious, with a unique chocolate flavor. The bagel cafe opened in February this year, and I'm already thinking about visiting again when I go to Fushimi. The bagels were great, and if the coffee is delicious too, that's a strong point!

I purchased a chocolate bagel for 194 yen at Kuzuha Mall's Pan Marche. Compared to high-end bakeries, it was hard and had a poor texture. There wasn't much chocolate inside, and most importantly, it lacked unity. It simply had chocolate inside. The color was not the deep black of chocolate, but a light green, so it didn't feel like eating a chocolate bagel.
