Most traditional Japanese sweet shops in Kyoto sell sekihan (red bean rice), with famous ones like Narumi Mochi. I recently bought sekihan at Daimaru and thought, "Huh? Isn't Manzai's better?" So, I decided to write a review. However, since it's a small shop, I hope it doesn't get too crowded. The individual portions were around 1500 yen, while the plastic case ones were 500 yen. The 500 yen ones for home use are more than enough. Just try it once. You'll understand why I think it's delicious.
