It's similar to shiokara, but not too strong in flavor. The Miyazu chikuwa, which locals recommended as delicious, was indeed tasty. It has a firm texture and the more you chew, the sweeter it gets. By the way, the next day, I bought some as a souvenir at a nearby supermarket. The sashimi included four types of sashimi. The best one was the octopus sashimi! It was served raw without blanching!
