Fukuchiyama has a shop that gives off an "trendy" vibe. It's great for young people on dates, with reasonable prices. The second floor is perfect for parties, as shown in the photos. It's a new, clean establishment.
As for the food at Matsukado 1: Sashimi, tuna, and sea bream tataki were delicious. The tataki had a crispy skin and was tasty. Tempura, mixed tempura, simmered dishes with chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoots were slightly sweet, with soft bamboo shoots. The meat was also delicious.
At Matsukado 2: Sashimi, tuna, and flounder were served, along with grilled fish, eel, pickled dishes, and fried foods. There were too many dishes to remember, making it easy for party organizers.
For shabu-shabu, there were about three types of meat, like pork belly and loin, with just the right thickness for a perfect taste in 3 seconds. The meal ended with ramen.
Iberico pork was served, cut right there and seasoned perfectly, with the option to add Greek olive oil for extra flavor. It would be popular with women.
Desserts included sherbet, and there was a selection of drinks like beer, shochu, whiskey (Yamazaki).
The mama-san provided excellent and courteous service.
