Hello ( ̄Д ̄)ノ On Sunday, I had some errands in this area and was feeling a bit hungry, so I was looking for a delicious ramen shop that I could drive to. That's when I came across Jyubun-ya Jyoyo, a soy sauce ramen shop. When I arrived at the shop in the afternoon, there were about 5-6 cars parked in front of the shop. I parked my car and went inside, where I found a counter seat and table seats in a relatively spacious interior. I sat at the counter seat on the edge and a staff member brought a tablet. They explained that once I decided on my order, I could place it using the tablet. It seems like technology has made its way here too. Personally, I prefer the casual way of ordering by saying things like extra green onions or firm noodles. I looked at the menu, which had a variety of ramen options. There were also many set meal options, making it a bit difficult to choose. This time, I chose the Sweet Citrus Soy Sauce Ramen for 800 yen and added a set with rice and fried chicken for 350 yen. I sent my order through the tablet and waited. There were condiments like chili pepper, pepper, and vinegar on the table. While waiting and tapping on my phone, my order arrived: Sweet Citrus Soy Sauce Ramen, Rice, and Fried Chicken Set for 1150 yen. The soup had a beautiful soy sauce color, with aromatic oil floating on top. It was a clear soup with a hint of yuzu fragrance. It came with white onions, watercress, and bamboo shoots. And wait, is this the default setting?! There were two huge slices of rare chashu! First, I tried the soup. It was delicious with a rich soy sauce flavor and a hint of yuzu aroma. The noodles were flat and had a good elasticity, making them enjoyable to chew. Eating it with white onions in between enhances the experience. And oh, this chashu! I took a bite of the chashu while savoring the soup, and the meat's umami mixed with the soup, bringing out the deliciousness of the meat. The chashu was also really tasty. I also enjoyed the hot fried chicken and rice while savoring the rich soy sauce soup with a hint of yuzu. The parking lot was convenient, so I decided to stop by, but this ramen is really good!! I would love to try other ramen dishes here in the future. The soup, noodles, and chashu were all delicious. Thank you for the meal!! PS: It seems that on the 12th of every month, Jyubun-ya offers their soba for 500 yen. I would like to try their soba during my next visit at that time ( ̄^ ̄)ゞ
