Kyoto's second stop was a delicious curry restaurant where you can also drink alcohol. Not only is it amazing to have alcohol and delicious curry, but here you also get magic on top of that! Spice32 has several sister stores, but this particular location offers magic as well. How about giving it a try? Please note that magic may not be available during busy times, so try a few times. The magic was amazing and the curry was delicious. Thank you for the meal! #KyotoPrefecture #KyotoGourmet #Gion #GionGourmet #Curry #CurryRestaurantWithAlcohol #CurryRestaurantWithMagic #Spice32

Spicy curry with raw egg (1070 yen) at this restaurant is like a regular observation point. When you order at the counter, there is always the usual confirmation that it is spicy. I want to try the fruity curry once, but it's not possible. The original Gion curry is also hard to come by. So, the spicy curry. You can drink this curry like a soup. It becomes even more drinkable when paired with a raw egg. I always finish eating it quickly before feeling the spiciness. Thanks for the meal.

I want to have a spicy curry that meets my expectations for spiciness and depth of flavor. I added a raw egg as a way to cool down the spiciness. I also topped it with a cream croquette. As always, it was a satisfying meal. Thank you.

I randomly stumbled upon this curry restaurant and it was amazing. I ordered the spicy curry with a hot spring egg on top, and it was just the right level of spiciness for someone who loves spicy food. I definitely want to come back here again! The restaurant is located on the basement floor, with only a counter for seating. There are many autographs from famous people and a collection of Kamen Rider figures at the back of the shop.

Spicy curry with raw egg (950 yen) for dinner for the first time, and it was also the first time for the master. The Kamen Rider corner at the back of the counter is a coveted collection for fans. Whether in Osaka or Kyoto, the order is always the same - spicy curry with raw egg. It's still delicious as ever. I used to think that this place was open for lunch and dinner every day, but it seems that's no longer the case. I received a schedule of their operating days. Since I can't remember it, I attached a photo of it.

When I casually dropped by Kyoto, I received a warm welcome at this restaurant. As I entered, I felt a sense of nostalgia in the cozy interior. The staff, who were kind mothers, made me feel at ease. Although I dined alone, I was surrounded by locals and elderly tourists, creating a peaceful atmosphere. I ordered the most popular dish, Cheese Gyukare Udon. The perfect thickness of the soup, combined with a slightly spicy curry flavor and the cheese aroma, created a delightful harmony. The noodles were firm and the soup was delicious, making it easy to finish quickly. I visited during lunchtime, and while there wasn't a long line, customers kept coming in without a break. The turnover rate was good, and I look forward to trying a different menu item next time I visit!

Located in the underground of a mixed-use building in the middle of Gion's bustling district, where various food and entertainment establishments are crowded together. The atmosphere of the place gives off a vibe of being an old drinking establishment. I had heard that the curry here is delicious and finally had the chance to visit. The spicy curry was indeed flavorful and spicy, just as I had heard. The staff even asked if it was too spicy for me, but I actually wouldn't have minded it being a bit spicier. There were quite a few topping options, but I went with the classic tonkatsu. I definitely want to visit this place again!

Spice32 in Osaka Station Building is a curry restaurant that I personally favor. Their Spice Curry (900 yen) has a spicy yet flavorful taste. It's clearly different from the popular Kansai-style spiced curry. I knew they had a branch in Kyoto, and finally had the opportunity to visit. I don't usually go out drinking in Gion, as it's an area where I prefer not to encounter certain types of people wandering around. But during the day, it's a different story. The hustle and bustle of nighttime Kyoto disappears, creating a peaceful atmosphere. When I arrived at the restaurant, I realized it used to be a snack bar on the first floor, where I once had mediocre curry udon. The curry place I was aiming for was on the B1 floor. As I descended the stairs and entered the restaurant, it was clear that the place had been transformed from what was likely a snack bar into a curry restaurant. I ordered the Spice Curry and was warned that it's spicy, just like in Osaka. I also ordered a raw egg. Unlike in Osaka, this place offers a variety of toppings, but as a curry enthusiast, I wasn't swayed by them. The large plate contained rice and a generous amount of curry sauce, with visible chunks of beef providing a sweet flavor. The taste was unmistakably Spice32's. The owner offered honey as a way to adjust the spiciness, but I declined and enjoyed the spicy curry as it was. It was indeed spicy, but for those with a tolerance for heat, it would be just right. The next time I drink in Kyoto, I'll make sure to end the night by crossing the Kamo River for a curry meal.

This is a curry specialty store located on the basement floor of Snack Ville in Gion. After drinking in Kiyamachi, I really wanted to eat curry rice as a finishing touch, so I searched and found this place. Following the map, I wandered into the neon streets of Gion. Thanks to the Wuhan pneumonia, the unenergetic touts completely dried up, but I finally arrived here. It's on the basement floor of Snack Ville. When I opened the door, I saw a long counter seat. I could also see small table seats in the back. The master, who seemed bored watching TV, welcomed me. He happily explained the menu and introduced the shop. I ordered the Spicy Cheese Onsen Tamago as recommended. Since he warned me that it was spicy, I also ordered a highball as insurance. The rich curry was pleasantly spicy. A faint sweat appeared on the tip of my nose. The explanation that it was about as spicy as CoCo Ichibanya's level 5 was spot on. The tingling sensation on my tongue disappeared in 7 minutes, just as the master explained. I wonder what they use in their mysterious and unique blend of curry. It was a mysterious and delicious curry. Thank you for the meal.

I wonder how many times I've been here already. Sometimes I come here without even realizing it, and I truly feel sorry about that. The spicy curry here was a shock when I first tried it. He claims it disappears in 7 minutes, and it really does vanish quickly. They recommend topping it with cheese, but the calories and carbs are high, so I prefer my own original combination. A highball, just the curry roux, sausage for topping, and pickled radish - this curry is so addictive. The curry in the photo has a mysterious addition of rice and a hamburger topping. This is the place I often end up at when I'm drunk and can't decide what to order.

The curry is more tangy and spicy than hot, and I really like it! I love eating this curry! It's even better when you have it after drinking. Also, if they're not too busy, they'll do magic tricks for you. But even up close, I can't figure it out!! Hmm.

A curry restaurant in Gion. I had lunch alone on a holiday, enjoying a sweet and spicy curry with a beer. The curry had a strong pepper flavor, reminiscent of Indowar in Kawasaki City. They are open until 2 am at night, and even geisha use the restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

In this hot weather when your appetite may be lacking, this restaurant is perfect for stimulating your stomach with super spicy curry. The spiciness level is like a 5 out of 10 at a certain famous curry shop. As you eat, you'll find yourself sweating non-stop. When you're feeling like you have no appetite, remember this place.

After playing with the maiko, I was recommended by the tea house mama to visit a late-night establishment. It was quite spicy... The place that was recommended to me turned out to be... This must be hornet, right? The fried food is different, but this carrot pickle... And above all, this roux. It has been quite altered (made easier to eat), but the spiciness that stings like a bee is definitely rooted in hornet...! However, just like with the 777, Triple Seven Curry that was introduced in Tokyo, the connection is denied here as well. What is it? What deep darkness lies within? What is this hornet all about...? Huh? It seems like someone has arrived. The rest is...

I ordered the spice curry with roux and a lemon chu-hai. It's really spicy but delicious, so I'm hooked. The chef is friendly. He said it's a franchise.

After work, I visited this restaurant with my colleagues. The walls were adorned with photos of geisha and maiko, as well as autographs from famous people. The staff kindly explained the menu, but their specialty is the spicy curry. They recommended topping it with cheese and a hot spring egg, but since it was my first visit, I decided to enjoy the curry's flavor on its own. When I tried it, I found it to be indeed spicy, but not the painful kind of spiciness you get from chili peppers. What stood out to me was the lack of greasiness, which I personally found delicious. The side dish of potato salad was also tasty and satisfying. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy, making it a wonderful place to dine.

I finished drinking and visited ~ It was spicy! I heard various stories, such as your family owning a pickled plum shop, but I think Okaruto Curry Udon is better <(_ _)>
